تطوير نظام لتوزيع الخدمات الصحية للولايات بديوان الحكم الإتحادي

Abstract

المستخلص يهدف البحث إلىحوسبة وبناء نظام آلي لإدارة توزيع الخدمات الصحية بالسودان، وذلك من أجل الحصول على معلومات دقيقة وسريعة وبسهولة تساعد في دعم إتخاذ القرار، والتوزيع العادل للموارد البشرية والمادية بالولايات والمحليات، وتكمن مشكلة البحث في عدم توفر المعلومات الولائية للمركز بصورة آنية، والمعلومات المتوفرة يدوياً عبر الإستمارة غير دقيقة وتكلف جهداً كبيراً، وتصل متأخرة مما يؤثر في دقة القرار، واتبع البحث إسلوب علاقة الكينونات في نمذجة علاقة عناصر النظام، واستخدم قواعد البيانات أوراكل وبرنامج Oracle Developer في تطوير واجهات وتقارير النظام. ومن أهم نتائج البحث تحسيـــن الأداء والإدارة في توزيع الخدمات الصحية بالولايـــــات والمحليـــات السودانية، تقليل الزمن اللازم لاستخراج التقارير اللازمة لاتخاذ القرار مع توفر الدقة في استخراج التقارير الوافية والدقيقة والصحيحة المبنية على معلومات منظمة ودقيقة. وتوصي الدراسة بتطبيق النظام في كل عواصم الولايات وتطوير النظام ليعمل على نظام الأندرويد ليكون استخدامه بواسطة الجوال بدلاً عن الحاسوب وهذا يوفر السهولة والمرونة والإتاحة القصوى للنظام ولعدد كبير جداً من المستخدمين .

Abstract The research aims to computerize and build an automated system to manage the distribution of health services in Sudan, in order to obtain accurate, fast and easily information that helps support decision-making, and the fair distribution of human and material resources in states and localities. The research problem lies in the lack of state information in a timely manner, and the information available Manually through the form is inaccurate and costs a lot of effort, and arrives late, which affects the accuracy of the decision, and the research followed the method of the relationship of entities in modeling the relationship of system elements, and used the Oracle databases and Oracle Developer program in developing system interfaces and reports. Among the most important results of the research is improving performance and management in the distribution of health services in Sudanese states and localities, reducing the time required to extract the reports necessary for decision-making while providing accuracy in extracting adequate, accurate and correct reports based on organized and accurate information. The study recommends applying the system in all state capitals and developing the system to work on the Android system to be used by the mobile instead of the computer, and this provides ease, flexibility and maximum availability of the system and for a very large number of users.
