اثر تخفيض سعر صرف الجنيه على الميزان التجاري بالسودان 2009- 2017

Abstract

المستخلص: الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو قياس الأثر المتبادل بين سعر الصرف والميزان التجاري في السودان خلال الفترة 2009-2017م، وذلك من خلال نموذج متجهة الانحدار الذاتي، وتوصلت الدراسة الي ان تاثير سعر الصرف على الميزان التجاري يتم من خلال التاثير على الصادرات غير الحكومية، وهي عبارة عن اجمالي الصادرات مخصوما منها صادرات البترول والذهب، ويبلغ تاثير سعر الصرف على هذه الصادرات 10%، حيث ان أي تخفيض لسعر الصرف يؤدي لزيادة الصادرات غير الحكومية بنسبة 10% بعد فترة زمنية واحدة (ربع عام). اما بخصوص تاثير الصادرات على سعر الصرف فلايوجد أي تاثير ذي دلالة إحصائية. واوصت الدراسة بمراجعة نظام سعر الصرف الحالي، وخروج الحكومة من عملية الصادر، والتركيز على تحسين مؤشر سعر الصرف الحقيقي لزيادة تنافسية الصادرات.

Abstract: The main issue in this research is measuring mutual effect between exchange rate and trade balance of Sudan during the period 2009 – 2017. By using Vector Autoregressive Model (VAR), the result shows, that depreciation had resulted in increase of export through the non-oil and non-gold exports. the increase is about 10% with a time lag, which is about a quarter of year (three months), i.e. any depreciation in the exchange rate will lead to surge in non-oil and non-gold exports by 10% after three months. In addition, there is no significance statistical effect from the trade balance to the exchange rate. As well as, the study recommends that, reviewing the exchange rate regime, gradual withdraw of government from export process, and focusing on improving real exchange rate indicator to improve competitiveness of export.
