دور القيم الاجتماعية في أداء الحزب الشيوعي السوداني في فترة من : {1956 ـ 1971م }

Abstract

مستخلص :ـ تتناول هذه الدراسة دور القيم الاجتماعية في أداء الحزب الشيوعي في الفترة من 1956 ـ 1971م ، وتأتي أهمية هذا البحث في أن القيم الاجتماعية تلعب دوراً كبيراً في بقاء المجتمع علي أصله ، لها أهميتها ، إذا ما تبنتها الأحزاب أم رفضتها ، وقد أُختيرت الدراسة فروضها من خلال المنهج الوصفي ، والمنهج التاريخي ، ومنهج دراسة الحالة و ناقشت الدراسة موضوعها في ثلاثة فصول ، وذلل لاختبار الفروض وجاءت النتائج مؤكده للفروض ، إن الإيمان بقيم المجتمع من قبل الحزب لا يدع مجال لمنافسين ، وتبني القيم من شأنه أن يزيد من شعبية الحزب ولو بصورة مؤقتة ، ولعل أهم الفروض التي ترتبت علي أسئلة البحث هي إن محاولة إقصاء القوي السياسية للحزب الشيوعي ، أثناء الديمقراطية الثانية 1965م ، قد ألجأتها إلي الانقلاب ، والتحالف مع بعض الضباط في الجيش ، ما تعرض له الحزب من قبل الرئيس الأسبق جعفر محمد نميري هو من ضمن الأسباب التي أدت ألي تراجع شعبية الحزب ، واختفائه من الساحة السياسية في السودان ، وهو ما يؤكد ضعف المؤسسية داخل التنظيمات السياسية في دول العالم الثالث ، والقيام علي فكرة الشخصية . فالسودان بحاجة لخلق معايير جديد للحكم تضم أفضل ما في النظم الغربية الحديثة ، وأفضل ما في التقاليد الإفريقية والسودانية ، من الإسلامية وعرفية ، في فترة انتقالية تحكم فيها منظمات المجتمع المدني ، باستثناء الأحزاب السياسية حتى يتم تثبيت الفيدرالية الحقة ، والرئاسية في ظل المؤسسية والمسؤولية والحكم الرشيد ،وقد توصلت الدراسة إلي نتائج أهمها .

Abstract The role of social values in Sudanese communist party performance during the period {1956 – 1971} .

This study tackled the role of social values in Sudanese communist party performance during the period {1956 – 1971} because the role of social values played a great role for society stable on its root has an importance .if the party accepted or refused it . the hypotheses of the study is tested through the descriptive historical and analysis methods the study included three chapters . to chose the hypotheses and the Result achieved to insure these hypotheses the belief of social values enhanced by the party make party . with No Competitors. And increased the population of the party even in interim . the most important hypotheses which is arranged of the question of the study is that political powers is always trying to get red of communist party . during the second democracy 1965 the communist party trying to bouleversement and make confederacy with some military officers . but the formal president of republic of Sudan gaafer Mohamed Elnumiri had killed most of the leaders of the party assassinate them . that caused reduction of the population of the party . and disappeared from political yard in Sudan . this lead to lack of managing these political Organization in the third world . because most of these parties build on a personal opinion . Sudan need to create a new standards for government . including the best articles of modern western systems and the best of African and Sudanese traditions. Also they can take from Islamic and custom rules during the period of transit government with civil community Organization . except the political parties to fixed the real federalism and presidency .
