فعالية المسؤولية الاجتماعية في التخفيف من حدة الفقر في السودان (حالة شركة بترودار بمحلية الجبلين – ولاية النيل الأبيض)

Abstract

المستخلص تناول البحث فعالية برامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية في التخفيف من حدة الفقر في السودان، حالة شركة بترودار- محلية الجبلين – ولاية النيل الأبيض. اعتمد البحث أهداف محددة أهمها الوقوف على مدى فعالية البرامج المقدمة من الشركة للتخفيف من الفقر في المجتمع المستهدف، والتي ركزت على دعم محاور التعليم، الصحة، البيئة والتنمية. تمثلت مشكلة البحث في أن المسؤولية الاجتماعية كمفهوم نظري وعملي ما زال حديثا في مجال العمل الاجتماعي في السودان لذلك نجد صعوبة في قياس أثرها بالصورة التي يمكن أن نبني عليها نتائج ومعلومات دقيقة . وبناءاُ عليه طرح البحث تساؤلاً رئيسياً مفاده: إلى أي مدى تساهم برامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية المقدمة من قبل شركة بترودار في التخفيف من حدة الفقر وسط المجتمع المستهدف؟ وإلى أي مدى ساهمت البرامج المقدمة من قبل شركة بترودار في تحسين الوضع التعليمي والصحي والبيئي والرياضي والثقافي والبنى التحتية في المنطقة؟ وما مدى فعالية برامج ومشروعات المسؤولية الاجتماعية التي قدمتها الشركة في التخفيف من حدة الفقر؟ كما انتهج البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتقييم تلك البرامج والمشاريع ومدى فعاليتها، وذلك من خلال استخدام أدوات البحث المتمثلة في الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لقياس الجوانب الكمية والمقابلة والملاحظة وحلقات النقاش لقياس الجوانب الكيفية. خرج البحث بعدد من النتائج أهمها: لبرامج ومشروعات المسؤولية الاجتماعية التي نفذتها شركة بترودار بمحلية الجبلين فعالية ملموسة في التخفيف من حدة الفقر وسط المواطنين. هناك رضا عن وجود الشركة بالمنطقة وعن مشاريعها المقامة، وهناك تفاعل بينها وبين مجتمع المحلية.مما يدل على أن شركة بترودار قامت بمسؤوليتها الاجتماعية تجاه المنطقة. إنعكست برامج ومشروعات المسؤولية الاجتماعية التي نفذتها شركة بترودار على حياة المواطنين من خلال إنعاش حركة التجارة والسوق بالمحلية الأمر الذي له دور في الاستقرار الاجتماعي بالمحلية. وعلى ضوء النتائج خرج البحث بعدة توصيات أهمها: ترتيب أولويات البرامج والمشروعات التي تنفذها الشركة بحيث تكون أكثر إرتباطاً بمحاربة الفقر والتخفف من حدته وسط المواطنين. إتباع منهج التنمية المتكاملة لتغطية كافة قرى المحلية حتى لا تحدث فجوة تنموية في قرى وطفرة تنموية في قرى آخرى مما له من آثار سالبة على ما تم تنفيذه.

Abstract This Research deals with effectiveness of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programmers and their role in alleviating the severity of poverty in Sudan. The research is based on specific objectives, the most important of them are: to determine the effectiveness of the programs provided by the Company to alleviate poverty in the target community, which focused on supporting the themes of (education, health, environment and development). The problem of research represented in that the programs and projects provided under Social Responsibility do not meet the need of the community, and there are also village and areas that are not reached by these projects and do not reach the required level in terms of quantity and quality. The research has raised a key question: To what extent the Social Responsibility programs being provided by Petrodar contribute to alleviating poverty among the targeted community?. The research adopted the analytical descriptive method evaluate these programs and their effectiveness through the use of the research tools which are represented in the questionnaire as a main tool for measuring quantitative , interview, observation and group discussions to measure the qualitative aspects. The research comes out with a number results, the most important of them are: Social Responsibility programs and projects implemented by Petrodar in the locality of AL-Jabalin have a significant impact in alleviating poverty among citizens . there is complete satisfaction with the presence of the company in the region and established projects, and there is interaction between it and the local community , which indicates that Petrodar has fulfilled its social responsibility towards the region. The programs and projects of social responsibility implemented by Pertrodar reflected on the lives of citizens through the revival of the movement of trade and the local market, which has a role in social stability in the locality. In the light of the results, the research comes out with several recommendations, the most important of them are: Prioritize the programs and projects implemented by the company, so that they become more connected to fighting poverty and alleviating its severity among the citizens. Follow the integrated development method to cover all the locality villages which has negative effects on what has been implemented
