هدف البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على الأداء الإداري لمديري مدارس مرحلة التعليم الأساسي ؛ والكشف عن نوع الممارسات الإدارية بمدارس الأساس وآثارها التربوية؛ والوقوف على الأطر والمهام الإدارية التي يجب أن يسير على هديها مديري المدارس؛ بما يرتقي بالأداء الإداري والتربوي. وتنبع أهمية البحث من خلال تسليط الضوء على التعرف على واقع الممارسات الإدارية وانعكاساتها التربوية على مدارس مرحلة التعليم الأساسي، وإبراز أهمية التأهيل الأكاديمي والإداري وأثره على الأداء الإداري، ثم إثراء المكتبة الأكاديمية والتربوية في هذا المجال الهام والحيوي . ويتكون مجتمع البحث من جميع مديري المدارس بمرحلة التعليم الأساسي لمحلية جبل أولياء للعام الدراسي (2009م – 2010م) ؛ والبالغ عددهم (30) مديراً بوحدة الازهرى محلية جبل أولياء. اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي و إستخدم الاستبانة أداة للبحث واستعان بالمصادر والمراجع والدراسات ذات الصلة في استقاء الأدب التربوي المتعلق بموضوع البحث وتوصل الباحث إلى نتائج أهمها ما يلي : 1. يتأثر الأداء الإداري التربوي لمديري المدارس بمرحلة التعليم الأساسي بالمستوى الأكاديمي والتأهيل الإداري. 2. يختار مديرو مدراس مرحلة التعليم الأساسي بناء علي أسس موضوعية مثل الخبرة والكفاءة والتأهيل و القدرة علي القيادة التعليمية وتحسين عملية التعليم . كما قدم الباحث التوصيات التالية : 1. العمل علي بناء قدرات المعلمين وإرشادهم وتوجيههم. 2. أن يعمل مديرو المدارس على تهيئة جو من الثقة والطمأنينة في مدارسهم. 3. أن يشجع مديرو المدارس المشاركة في المناسبات وعلى خدمة المجتمع. 4. إتاحة المعلومات التربوية لمديري المدارس و رفع قدراتهم على إتخاذ القرار . Objective of this research is to shed light on the performance of the administrative managers basic education schools; detect the type of management practices base schools and educational implications; stand on the frameworks and administrative tasks that must go on guiding principals; including live up administrative and educational performance. The importance of research by highlighting to recognize the reality of management practices and educational repercussions on the stage of basic education schools, and highlight the importance of academic qualification and management and its impact on administrative performance, and then enrich the academic library and educational in this important area and vital. The research community consists of all school administrators in basic education to local Mount parents for the academic year (2009 AD - 2010 AD);'s (30) local unit manager Azhar Mount parents. Researcher follow the descriptive and Use-resolution tool to search and hired sources and references and related studies in educational literature is drawn on the subject of research and the researcher to the results of the most important are: 1. Influenced by the administrative educational for school administrators in basic education level administrative and academic qualification. 2. Managers choose Madras basic education based on objective grounds such as experience and competence, rehabilitation and educational leadership ability and improve the learning process. The researcher also provided the following recommendations: 1. Work on building the capacity of teachers and guide them and direct them. 2. To work, school administrators to create an atmosphere of confidence and trust in their schools. 3. To encourage school administrators to participate in events and community service. 4. Providing educational information for school administrators and boost their capacity to make the decision.
