دور الأسواق المالية في التنمية الاقتصادية في السودان : دراسة حالة سوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية في الفترة من 2011م - 2016م

Abstract

Abstract The research tries to explain the role of the financial markets in achieving economic development with reference to Khartoum Stock exchange market during the period (2011 – 2016). The problem of the study is to what extent Khartoum stock exchange has contributed in activating the various economic sectors in the Sudan? Are the kinds of financial stocks and their transparency have a positive role in the financial markets? Khartoum stock exchange markets is considered as one of the organs of the financial system in the Sudan. This explains the importance to study the market operations, this is in addition to its role in attracting saving and directing them to investment fields. The research tries to explain the concept of financial market and their functions. The hypothesis of the research is that there is a direct relation between the kinds of financial stocks and the working of financial markets, Khartoum stock exchange market has a remarkable role in activating the economic sectors in the Sudan. The research has adopted the descriptive and analytical methods depending on secondary data. The research reached several results, the most important are in spite of the positive role in investments but still its role is not to the standard required. The research recommends the need to increase the number and the volume of financial institutions and variety of stocks in the market in order to finance the productive and service projects. This will lead to curbe the inflationary trends resulting from banks modes of financing

يتناول البحث دور الأسواق المالية في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية بالتطبيق على سوق الخرطوم للاوراق المالية خلال الفترة (2011 - 2016). و تتمثل مشكلة البحث في إلى أي مدى إسهام سوق الخرطوم للاوراق المالية في تنشيط مختلف القطاعات الاقتصادية المختلفة؟ هل تنوع الأوراق المالية وشفافية التعامل لها دور في فعالية السوق المالي؟ أهمية الاسواق المالية ودورها في الاقتصاد القومي تعتبر أسواق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية كأحد مكونات النظام المالي في السودان. وبيان دور سوق الخرطوم للاوراق المالية في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية في السودان، وإبراز دور الذي يقوم به السوق في جذب المدخرات وتشجيع الاستثمار ، كما هدف البحث إلى التعرف على ماهية الاسواق المالية وأدواتها ووظائفها الاقتصادية. وافترض البحث أن سوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية يلعب دور مقدر في تنشيط القطاعات الاقتصادية ، اتبع البحث المنهج التاريخي الوصفي لتحليل الظاهرة محل الدراسة. لقد توصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها اسهام سوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية في عملية التنمية الاقتصادية من خلال تداول اسهم القطاعات الاقتصادية المختلفة بالرغم من دور سوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية الإيجابي إلا ان دوره في تنشيط القطاعات الانتاجية ما زال دون المستوى المطلوب. . يوصي الباحث بزيادة حجم عدد المؤسسات الماليةو تنوع الاوراق المالية بالسوق حتى يؤدي الى رفع كفاءة وفعالية السوق المالي
