مساهمة الاستثمار الأجنبي في التنمية الاقتصادية في السودان [ دراسة حالة الاستثمارات الصينية في الفترة من 2005م- 2014م]

Abstract

مستخلص البحث تناول البحث مساهمة الاستثمار الأجنبي في التنمية الاقتصادية في السودان دراسة حالة الاستثمارات الصينية في النفط السوداني الفترة من 2005م- 2014م، تتمثل مشكلة البحث التساؤلات ما هو دور مساهمة النفط على التنمية في السودان، وما هي مساهمة الصين في حركة التنمية في السودان وماهي الامتيازات والتسهيلات التي منحتها حكومة السودان لجمهورية الصين من أجل الاستثمار في السودان هدفت البحث إلى معرفة دور الاستثمارات الصينية في مجال النفط السوداني وأثر ذلك على الاقتصاد السوداني، التعرف على فرص ومجالات الاستثمار في السودان وكذلك التعرف على تأثير صادرات البترول على النشاط الاقتصادي. افترض البحث الفرضيات التالية : المناخ الاستثماري والبيئة الاستثمارية سهلة من عمل الاستثمارات الصينية، تعتبر عائدات النفط في السودان تعتبر داعم حقيقي لمشروعات التنمية الاقتصادية في السودان، الاستثمارات الصينية تساهم في زيادة الناتج المحلي الإجمالي في السودان. اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي عن الاستثمارات الصينية والنشاط الاقتصادي للنفط في السودان خلص البحث إلى نتائج أهمها ساهمت الاستثمارات الصينية في الحركة التنموية في البلاد وذلك بغروض ومنح تم عبرها تشييد مصفاة الخرطوم للبترول. استفادة السودان من الخبرات العلمية والتكنولوجيا الحديثة الصينية في استخراج وتكرير النفط السوداني. مساهمات الشركة الصينية في التنمية الاقتصادية كانت واضحة جداً ويظهر ذلك جلياً في مناطق الإنتاج الممنوح لها عبر تنمية المجتمعات المحلية ودعم البنيات التحتية لهذه المجتمعات. كذلك أوصي البحث بعدة توصيات أهمها ضرورة ربط الاستثمار بالأهداف التنموية في السودان وذلك عن طريق دخول الدولة في شراكات مع القطاع الخاص لزيادة الإنتاجية في مجال النفط. الاستفادة الخبرات العلمية والتكنولوجيا الحديثة الصينية في استخراج وتكرير النفط السوداني. مواصلة تبني تحرير لوائح الاستثمار الأجنبي في السودان وذلك بتهيئة البيئة التشريعية والإجرائية لتكون أكثر مؤامة للاستثمار. إعداد خريطة استثمارية شاملة وواقعية لجميع الأنشطة الاستثمارية الموجودة في السودان وذلك لمعرفة حجم الطاقات الاستيعابية واحتياجات السودان المحلية مع مراعاة السوق العالمي مع تحديث الخرائط.
