بناء نظام الكتروني لتحديد تكلفة الطالب

Abstract

الملخص ﴾ يتناول هذا البحث مفهوم حساب تكلفة الطالب باستخدام نظرية التكاليف المباشره وغير المباشره .حيث جاءت فكرة النظام نسبة لحوجة ادارة الكلية لبناء نظام قادر على تحديد التكاليف التي يتم انفاقها من اجل تسيير العملية التعليمية والرقابة علي ممتلكات الكلية(الاصول) وتنظيم المنصرفات كما ان الإدارة تحتاج الي نظام له المقدرة علي امدادها بكافة المعلومات الضرورية التي تساعدها في اتخاذ القرارات الحالية ووضع الخطط المستقبلية . وذلك من خلال تجميع كل بيانات التكاليف التي تنفق من اجل تسيير العمليه التعليميه والتي تشمل الاصول والتي تتمثل في ممتلكات الكليه والمصروفات التي تنفق كالخدمات وغيرها حيث يقوم موظف الاصول بادخال بيانات الاصول ومن ثم يقوم النظام بحساب اهلاك الاصل وكذالك موظف المصروفات بادخال بيانات المصروفات ومن ثم يقوم النظام بتجميع بيانات المصروفات التي صرفت في العام ومدير النظام يقوم بإدخال بيانات الطلاب وعندما يطلب المدير تكلفة الطالب يقوم باختيار العام المحدد ومن ثم يقوم النظام بجمع مجموع نصيب اهلاك العام مع المصروفات المباشره وغير الماشره ومن ثم تقسم علي عدد الطلاب . ولقد تم الإعتماد في بناء هذا النظام علي التحليل الموجه نحو الكائنات المتمثل في لغة يو ام ال التي تتميز ببساطتها وعدم تعقيدها لإنها تمثل النظام في شكل رسومي يستطيع المستخدم البسيط فهم إسلوبه,وفي البرمجة تم إستخدام لغةبي اتش بي نظرا لمرونتها وسرعتها في تنفيذ البرامج .

It has been reliable in building such a system-oriented analysis objects represented in the language of U ML, which is characterized by simplicity and lack of complexity because they represent the system in the form of graphical user can simple understand style, and programming was used to php due to its flexibility and speed in program implementation
