القومية في الفكر السياسي الإسلامي الحديث دراسة تحليلية

Abstract

Abstract This research entitled ((National in modern Islamic political thought, analytical study)) The problem is three chapters, an attempt by the researcher to find out the nature of the relationship between modern and national Islamic political thought as he knew the modern political thought in the West. The search problem formulated in a question and is: Is the modern Islamic political thought deals with a positive concept with the concept of nationalism and a job for his Islamic political project to rebuild the political meeting and what is required to build a modern national state? The hypothesis of the researcher about this problem is: The answer is to include and the modern Islamic political thought is positive with the concept of nationalism in its Liberal Civil Dress and to benefit from the success of its Islamic political project. At the end of his research, the researcher reached the following conclusions: 1. That modern Islamic political thought represents the transition phase of the tradition of thought of the world and the royalism of the provision to the modern world and accommodating the gains of intellectual and political modernity. 2. The modern Islamic political thought with nationalism is treated as part of the absorption of gains of political modernity, especially in which liberal dimension. 3. The modern Islamic political thought is treated with nationalism by dealing with liberal values ​​and the requirements for building modern national state, the State of Justice and Freedom. 4. We build modern Islamic political thought. 5. The modern Islamic political thought looks a functional view of nationalism and dealing with its kinds and its role in the system of political meeting.

يتناول هذا البحث القومية في الفكر السياسي الإسلامي الحديث " دراسة تحليلية" مستهدفة معرفة وتحليل تعامل الفكر السياسي الإسلامي الحديث مع مفهوم القومية ، محاولة من قبل الباحث للوقوف على طبيعة العلاقة بين الفكر السياسي الأسلامي الحديث و القومية كما عرفتها الفكر السياسي الحديث في الغرب. تتمثل مشكلة البحث في كيفية تعامل الفكر السياسي الإسلامي الحديث بايجابية مع مفهوم القومية وتوظيفه لصالح مشروعه الإسلامي السياسي لأعادة بناء الأجتماع السياسي و ما يتطلبه بناء الدولة الوطنية الحديثة؟ و يقوم البحث على فرضية مفادها ان الفكر السياسي الإسلامي الحديث تعامل بايجابية مع مفهوم القومية في ثوبها المدني الليبرالي و الأستفادة منها لأنجاح مشروعه السياسي الأسلامي. اعتمد الباحث في هذا البحث على المنهج الوصفي لوصف و تقرير و محاولة تحديد مفهوم القومية والأمة و الدولة في الفكر السياسي وكذلك استخدم المنهج التاريخي لنتابع بدايات ظهور القومية في العالم الإسلامي و عند رواد الفكر السياسي الإسلامي الحديث و مراحل تطوره، و تم الأعتماد على المنهج التحليلي و المقارن لتحليل ما توصل اليه الفكر السياسي الإسلامي الحديث من مقاربات و نتائج و مناهج، بغية الوصول الى تصور شامل لمكان مفهوم القومية في هذا الفكر توصل الباحث لعدد من النتائج أهمها أن الفكر السياسي الإسلامي الحديث تعامل مع القومية بصورة غير مباشرة ، و من خلال تعامله مع نتائج و مكتسبات الليبرالية السياسية و المشروطية، و متطلبات بناء الدولة الحديثة، أو دولة العدل و الحرية علي حد قول مفكري هذا الفكر. يوصي الباحث بضرورة اعادة نظر كل من الإسلاميين و العلمانيين فيما يتعلق بعلاقة البعد القومي و البعد الأسلامي في الهوية الوطنية للشعوب المسلمة، لتجاوز الخلافات و الصراعات الموجودة بهذا الصدد، و من ثم اعادة بناء الهوية الوطنية داخل الدول الأسلامية ، من خلال الرجوع الى منابع الفكر السياسي الأسلامي الحديث و الأستفادة منها
