تطوير نظام لإدارة الدورات التدريبية عبر الانترنت (دراسة حالة مراكز التدريب الخاصة الخرطوم السوق العربي)

تمثل المعلومات عنصراً هاما ومورداً استراتيجياً يعتمد عليها الطلاب، وذلك بالاعتماد على نظام معلوماتي يساعدهم في اتخاذ القرار واختيار الكورس المناسب في المعهد الذي يناسبهم بسرعة وبأقل جهد، لذا كان لابد من عمل نظام متكامل يعمل على حجز الدورات التدريبية وادارتها إلكترونياً عبر الإنترنت. تكمن مشكلة البحث في ضياع الوقت والجهد في عملية البحث عن كورس، وعدم القدرة علي اتخاذ القرار المناسب في اختيار المعهد والكورس في وقت مناسب للطالب، كما تكمن المشكلة ايضا في صعوبة إدارة ومتابعة نشاطات المعهد والطلاب المسجلين فيه . يؤدي استخدام النظام الى توفير الوقت والجهد والتكلفة على إدارة المعهد من جهة وعلى الطلاب الباحثين عن التدريب من جهة اخرى. اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مع منهجية تحليل وتصميم النظم الكائنية عبر دورة حياة تطور النظم، ثم تم استخدام لغة النمذجة الموحدة (UML) في نمذجة النظام واستخدام لغات (PHP & HTML) في تصميم وتنفيذ النظام، وقواعد البيانات من نوع (SQL) . تم الحصول على عدة نتائج من أهمها ان النظام يوفر الكثير من الوقت والجهد للطلاب في البحث عن الكورسات وساعدهم في اتخاذ القرار المناسب، كما ساعد مدراء المراكز في إدارة مراكزهم بكافة وفعالية عالية وبأقل وقت وجهد ممكن. ومن التوصيات التي خرج بها البحث هي ربط الموقع من خلال تطبيق أندرويد يستطيع الطالب من خلاله البحث عن الكورسات بسهوله .

Abstract Information is an important component and a strategic resource on which the students rely, based on an information system that helps them make the decision and choose the appropriate course at the institute that suits them quickly and with the least effort, so it was necessary to work an integrated system that works on booking and managing the courses online electronically. The problem of research is the loss of time and effort in the search for a course, and the inability to make the appropriate decision in selecting the Institute and the Koran at a time suitable for the student, and the problem is also the difficulty in the management and follow-up activities of the Institute and students enrolled in it. The use of the system saves time, effort and cost on the management of the institute on the one hand and on students seeking training on the other hand. The researcher followed the analytical descriptive approach with the methodology of the analysis and design of the structural systems through the life cycle of systems development. Then UML was used in system modeling and the use of PHP and HTML languages in the design and implementation of the system and the SQL databases. A number of results have been obtained. The most important of these is that the system provides a lot of time and effort for students to search for courses and help them make the right decision, and helped managers of the centers to manage their centers with all the efficiency and high time and effort. One of the recommendations that emerged from the research is linking the site through the Android application through which the student can search for courses easily.
