Abstract

Abstract The medical Sciences with highly development in recent year, with legal Article. l Disproportion of law .T hat Sdjest medical errors which lead us to search in medical responsibility , so as to find legal awareness doctors juged with . i We classify this research in for section only take the general idea as iner- odution ,followed by the medical errors and history consequence of medical responsibility taking it as text forward . Secondly we choose the medical work and it features including their medical errors and it critera in separate section ./ts consequence , we discuss the medical responsibility in some Sudan Law in spite of there are no particular rule dust the medical errors in spite of in Sudan. Finally we speak about doctors responsibility in some Arabian-Law and sharia Islamic as the conclusion . we set aresult as the Positive law and sharia concomitant each other, in that medical ethics is good standard. Our recoinnzerulation legal Sudanese doculnent managing the medical responsibility defected and take as the dasic of private Sudanese law which process niedical errors.
