أثر الثورة الفرنسية علي تاريخ أوربا السياسي 1789م-1848م

Abstract

المستخلص تعد التطورات السياسية التي اجتاحت أوربا في الفترة من 1789م حتى عام 1848م من أهم الحقب التاريخية في تاريخ أوربا والعالم نظراً لما نتج عنها من تغيرات قدر لها أن تكون نتيجة نهائية في العلاقات الدولية واستهلال عهد آخر وضرورة دراسة جوانب هذه الحقبة . إلا أن الحاجة أخذت تتكشف في ضرورة دراسة خاتمة هذه التطورات السياسية من أجل وضع الأسس لفهم هذه التطورات التي أصابت أوربا طيلة الربع الأخير من القرن الثامن عشر، والتاسع عشر. وتأسيساّ على ذلك جاء هذا البحث بعنوان " أثر الثورة الفرنسية على تاريخ أوربا السياسي 1789م – 1848م . اشتملت الدراسة على مقدمة وتمهيد وأربعة فصول خاتمة ونتائج ومصادر ومراجع وملاحق. عرض البحث المفاهيم التي جاءت بها الثورة الفرنسية ، بدءاّ من قرارات 4 أغسطس 1789م والدستور المدني للكنيسة ودستور فرنسا لسنة 1791م ، وإعلان حقوق الإنسان. وتناولت الدراسة المواجهة العسكرية بين فرنسا وأوربا التي تتمثل في حروب الثورة حيث عملت حكومات الثورة على تصدير مفاهيم الثورة إلى أوربا. ومساعدة كل أمة أوربية تريد التخلص من الحكم الاجنبى واهتموا في هذه المرحلة بنشر الأفكار الجديدة. وشنوا الحرب ضد النمسا وبروسيا، وروسيا وبريطانيا وهذه الحروب كانت واسعة النطاق وأحدثت تأثيراً في الدول والشعوب الأوربية. وبعد تحقيق النصر العسكري سعت الدول الأوربية لإعادة الأوضاع إلى ما كانت عليه. كما بحثت الدراسة مقاومة مفاهيم الثورة الفرنسية دبلوماسياً بدءاً بالتمهيد لمؤتمر فينَّا جلسات المؤتمر، وأثر قرارات المؤتمر على مبادئ الثورة الفرنسية ، كيف جاءت قرارات المؤتمر مناهضة لأفكار ومبادئ الثورة الفرنسية ودور الملكيات الأوربية في حماية الأنظمة من خطر مفاهيم الثورة عبر التحالفات واللقاءات الدورية. كما تناول البحث تجدد الانتفاضات الشعبية في بعض الدول الأوروبية في سنة 1830م كفرنسا بلجيكا ، وبولندا وسنة 1848م في كل من فرنسا وإيطاليا وألمانيا وإمبراطورية النمسا والمجر وما صاحبها من تأثير ونتائج . Abstrac The political evolution that took place in Europe from 1789 to1848 is considered as the most important historical period in the world and Europe especially in the term of changes that predestinated to be the last result in the international relations and as beginning of a new period . It is of importance to study this period .Therefore , the necessity becomes clear to study the conclusion of these political evolutions so as to establish principles to understand these political evolutions that took place in the last quarter of the eighteenth and the nineteenth century . Depending on the findings of this research in term of the effect of French revolution on Europe political history from 1789 to 1848 . The study consists of an introduction , preface , four chapters , findings and a conclusion. The study presentsd the concepts of the French revolutions , starting from the decisions of the fourth of August 1789, church civil constitution ,France constitution of 1791,and declaration of human rights . The spread of these thoughts led to European reactions thachanged into violence . The study deals with the military conflict between Europe and France that represented in the revolution wars. The governments of the revolution aimed to spread the concepts of the revolution in Europe as well as supporting of each European nation that has an interest to get rid of foreign rule. They paid much attention in this period to spread the new thoughts and they led war against Austria , Prussia and Britain .These wars spread and has awide effect upon European countries and nations . After achieving the military victory , the European countries intended to reestablish the formerly institutions so they held Vienna conference . The study also deals with the resistance of the concepts of the French revolutions diplomatically . The study started with preapprehension to the conference , the meetings of the conference , the effect of the conference decisions upon the principles of French revolution and how the decisions of the conference were against the French revolution thoughts and the role of the European kingdoms in protecting the from the danger of revolution concepts that is through alliances and regular meetings The study also deals with renewing of popular uprisings of some European countries in 1830 (such as France , Belgium and Poland ) and in the year 1848 in France , Italy Germany, the Empire of Austria and Hungary as well as its effect and outcome .
