تناول هذا البحث موضوع أثر الخطاب القرآني في إقامة الحجة والإرشاد وقصد الباحث من خلال هذا لزيادة المعارف والأفكار التي يتحاج إليها العصر الحديث بإيجاد دراسة متخصصة في الجوانب المختلفة في الخطاب القرآني واتبع الباحث في كتابة هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي والتاريخي الاستقرائي التحليلي واشتمل البحث على ثلاثة فصول جاء الفصل الأول عن مفهوم الخطاب القرآني وأنواعه وفي الفصل الثاني تناول الباحث مجالات الخطاب في القرآن الكريم أما الفصل الثالث فتم فيه بيان الخطاب وتحديات العصر وتوصل البحث لعدة نتائج منها هناك أنواع ووجوه متعددة للخطاب في القرآن الكريم منها خطاب العام المراد به العموم وخطاب الخاص والمراد به الخصوص وخطاب الخاص والمراد به العموم وخطاب العام والمراد به الخصوص وغير ذلك كما شملت النصوص القرآنية ألواناً متعددة من الخطاب نطق بها العرب وتغلبت على كل أساليبهم في البيان والجمال ومن أهم توصيات البحث القيام بحركة بحث علمي لاجلاء المفاهيم لا سيما مفهوم الخطاب، والمحددات التي يرتكز عليها وينبغي للقادة وولاة الأمور توفير المراكز والمعاهد العلمية لوضع الدراسة المنهجية لمفهوم الخطاب القرآني وغيره من العلوم.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of the holy speech to reflect argument and guidance. The researcher aims by this study to increase Knowledge and thoughts needed for the modern era by providing in this study in various fields of the qur`anic speech. The researcher in this study has pursued analytical, inductive, historical and descriptive approach. This study includes three chapters, the first chapter addresses the concept of the qur`anic speech and its types, the second chapter deals with the fields of the speech in the holy Quran and the third chapter reveals the rhetoric of the speech and era challenges. The study has found out many results, there are various types of speech in the holy Quran such as public speech which means for all, private speech which means specialty, private speech which means for public. Public speech which means specialty, and others. The qur`anic texts includes various types of speech uttered by the Arab and affected their styles in rhetoric and beauty. The most important recommendations of the study are, conduct scientific research to clarify concepts especially speech concept and the pillars that based on, leaders should provide scientific centers and institutes to lay down scientic approach for the qur`anic speech and other sciences.
