Abstract

مستخلص الدراسة

هدفت الدراسة إلى تقويم برنامج التربية العملية لدى طالبات قسم الاجتماعيات بكلية التربية بجامعة الأقصى بغزة .

واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك لملائمتة لإغراض الدراسة .

وقد شملت عينة الدراسة على جميع الطالبات /المعلمات تخصص اجتماعيات المسجلات بقوائم التسجيل والبالغ عددهن ( 40 ) طالبة لسنة ( 2005م/2006 م) وجميع مشرفي التربية العملية بكلية التربية بجامعة الأقصى والبالغ عددهم (45) مشرف .

و توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود ضعف في مستوى أداء الطالبات المعلمات لممارسة مهارات التدريس . كما أظهرت النتائج الإحصائية عن وجود العديد من المشكلات التي تواجه الطالبات المعلمات من وجهه نظر المشرفين .

وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة ربط الجانبين النظري والعملي في برنامج إعداد المعلمين بكليات التربية وضرورة إكساب الطلاب المهارات التدريسية التي تؤهلهم للقيام بعملية التدريس الصفي على أكمل وجهه، و تحويل الأسس النظرية والنظرية العملية إلى مهارات أدائية يظهر أثرها في سلوك المعلم أثناء التدريس .

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the Practical Training Program among the students of Education Faculty, Social Science Department at the University of Al-Aqsa - Gaza.

In this study, the descriptive and analytical approach were used which meet the purposes of the study.

The study sample included all female students (40 students) majoring in social science and registered for the academic year 2005/2006, and all the supervisors of the practical training (45 supervisors) who are associated with Al-Aqsa University – Gaza

As a result, the study found that the performance of female students to practice teaching skills is weak. However, statistical results also showed presence of many obstacles facing the students from the perspective of supervisors.

The study recommended the need to link the theoretical and practical preparation programs of teachers in the education faculties, the needs to provide students with teaching skills that enable them to carryout the teaching process in classrooms in a good manner and convert the theoretical foundations, as well as practical skills to a performance which shows its impact on the teacher behavior during the teaching process.
