هدفت الدراسة الي ابراز اهمية المواقع المكتبات الجامعية علي شبكة الانترنت علي تقييم محتوي صفحات مكتبه جامعة النيلين علي شبكة الانترنت .بالإضافية إلي ألقاء الضوء علي موقع المكتبة من حيث بنايه وتصمميه وطرق تقيمه وكيفه تقديم الخدمات من خلال هذا الموقع بالإضافة ألي تعرف علي العناصر التي يشتمل عليها موقع مكتبة جامعة النيلين وأيضا التعرف علي المشكلات و العقبات التي تواجه موقع المكتبة جامعه النيلين استخدم الباحث المنهج التاريخي والمنهج والوصفي بشقية المسحي ودراسة الحالة كما استعان الباحث الاستبانة والمقابلة والملاحظة كأدوات لجمع البيانات وقد تم تصميم وتنظيم الهيكل البحث من ثلاثة فصول اشتمل الفصل الأول علي منهجية البحث وإجراءاته والدراسات السابقة وعالج الفصل الثاني الإطار النظري للدراسة فيما تناول الفصل الثالث الدراسة الميدانية أو دراسة الحالة ثم الخاتمة التي استعرضت فيها النتائج ومناقشتها والخلاصة والتوصيات توصل الباحث ألي عدد من نتائج أبرزها: 1-كشفت الدراسة بصورة إحصائية أن موقع مكتبه جامعه النيلين يعتمد في أنشاء علي المعايير المستخدمة في إنشاء مواقع المكتبات الجامعية علي شبكة الانترنت 2-كشفت الدراسة الإحصائية أن نسبة 75/ في مئة من المستفيدين يستفيدون من العناصر محتوي موقع مكتبة جامعة النيلين علي شبكة الانترنت 3-كشفت الدراسة أن نسبة 30/ في مئة من المستفيدين تواجه مشكلات وعقبات في الوصول ألي خدمات الموقع

وخلصت النتائج ألي عدد من التوصيات منها: 1- العمل علي رفع مستوي الوعي ألمعلوماتي وضرورته في أوساط مديري أمناء المكتبات واختصاصيها بعقد الندوات والمحاضرات وورش العمل 2- ضرورة توفير الأجهزة والمعدات اللازمة من حواسيب وخوادم التي يستلزم توفيرها أنشاء موقع مكتبه جامعة النيلين علي شبكة الانترنت 3- ضرورة إتاحة كافة الخدمات التي يوفرها موقع المكتبة لباحثين ورواد المكتبة المستفيدين وسهول الوصول ألي مصادر المعلومات المتاحة من خلال هذا الموقع.

Abstract The study aimed to highlight the importance of university libraries on the Internet to evaluate the contents of the pages of the University of Neelain on the Internet. In addition to shed light on the site of the library in terms of building and design and ways to evaluate and how to provide services through this site in addition to know the elements that include Site of the University Library of the Nile and also to identify the problems and obstacles facing the library site University of the Nile. The researcher used the historical method, the methodological and the descriptive methods of the survey and the case study. The researcher also used the questionnaire, the interview and the observation as data collection tools. The structure of the structure was designed and researched from three chapters. The first chapter covered the research methodology and procedures and the previous studies. The second chapter deals with the theoretical framework of the study. The case study and the conclusion in which the results were reviewed, discussed, summarized and recommendations. The researcher reached a number of results, most notably: 1. The study revealed statistically that the location of his office, the University of Nelayn depends on the establishment of the standards used in the establishment of university library sites on the Internet 2. The statistical survey revealed that 75% of the beneficiaries benefit from the elements of the contents of the library site of the University of Neelain on the Internet 3. The study revealed that 30/100 percent of the beneficiaries face problems and obstacles in accessing any site services

The findings concluded with a number of recommendations, including: 1. To raise the level of awareness and information necessary among the managers of librarians and specialists in holding seminars, lectures and workshops 2. the need to provide the necessary hardware and equipment from the computers and servers that require the provision of the establishment of the site of his office, Nile University on the Internet 3. The availability of all services provided by the library's website to researchers and the library's users should make it easy to access any sources of information available through this site.
