الخدمة الاجتماعية ودورها في رعاية كبار السن دراسة استطلاعية لانماط الرعاية المجتمعية في الريفيه والحضرية في السودان

Abstract

خلاصة الدراسة

تستهدف هذه الدراسة البحثية شريحة كبار السن فى السودان والتعرف على دور الخدمة الاجتماعية فى مجال رعاية كبار السن حيث تشير هذه الدراسة الى ان الرعاية الاجتماعية الموجهة لكبار السن شاملة للكبار فى دور الرعاية وخارج هذه الدور فى كنف الاسرة ، والمسن المستهدف فى هذه الدراسة هو الفرد العامل الذى فى طريقة الى التقاعد وهو الشخص الذى تقاعد فعلا وهو الشخص الذى فى الريف ووصل للسن المستهدفة وهو صاحب ثروة زراعية او حيوانية او تجارية لاعلاقة له بالتقاعد هذه الفئات المذكوره تشكل المادة الخصبة التى تناولها الخدمة الاجتماعية لرعاية كبار السن .

تناولت هذه الدراسة التطور التاريخي للظاهرة محل الدراسة كما بينت الدراسة حجم الظاهرة فى دول العالم بالبيانات والاحصاءات ومدى الزيادة الكبيرة فى اعداد كبار السن عالمياً والتى تزداد حدتها فى الدول النامية .

ابرزت هذه الدراسة الجهود المبذولة لمعالجة هذه الظاهرة عالمياً واقليمياً ومحليا .

تناولت الدراسة دور الاسلام فى رعاية كبار السن ومدى الاهتمام الذى توليه الاديان لكبار السن مع بيان الايات والاحاديث التى تشير الى اهمية رعاية كبار السن كما استعرضت الدراسة المشكلات التى يعاني منها كبار السن وبينت الدراسة تفاصيل هذه المشكلات وهى تنقسم الى مشكلات صحية واجتماعية واقتصادية ونفسية وانفعالية .

تعرضت الدراسة الى ابرز احتياجات كبار السن فى مقابلة مشكلاتهم والحلول المطروحة لاحتواء مشكلة كبار السن وتناولت الدراسة تداخل مراحل النمو وتكاملها كما ناقشت هذه الدراسة موضوع سوء معاملة كبار السن واوضحت تفاصيل مهمة فى بيان طرق تفادى الاساءة للكبار من خلال عرض كيفية الاساءة لكبار السن وصور الاساءة .

وفى الاطار النظرى تناولت الدراسة بعض النظريات الكلاسيكية والحديثة فى مجال كبار السن كما تمت الاستفادة من عدد من الدراسات السابقة محلية واجنبية كما تم استعراض المفاهيم المستخدمة فى هذه الدراسة .

استعرضت الدراسة مجتمع البحث وقد كانت ولاية الخرطوم هى التجربة فى احدى محافظاتها وهى ام درمان حيث قامت الدراسة بتقسيم مجتمع البحث الى ريفى وحضرى لبيان مقارنة اوضاع كبار السن فى الريف والحضر بالريف الشمالى لمحلية كررى وبعض احياء ام درمان القديمة .

اوضحت الدراسة النتائج التى توصلت اليها وقد وجدت من خلالها عدد من الصعوبات التى يعاني مناها كبار السن فى السودان كعدم حصولهم على حقوقهم القانونية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية وتوجيه الاعلام والخدمة الاجتماعية لتبصير كبار السن بحقوقهم وواجباتهم الاساسية . كما اشارت الدراسة الى اهمية الرعاية الاسرية لكبار السن ودعم الدولة للاسرة حتى تتمكن من اداء دورها .

This research study is aspired at the segment of older persons in Sudan and aimed to identify the role of social work in the care of older persons. This study point out that social care for older people is planned and directed to include older people in care homes or out of these homes under the patronage of the family.

The older person targeted in this study is the individual that is going to retired ,the one who already retired or the person in countryside who reached the targeted age and has agricultural, animal or commercial wealth and has nothing to do with retirement. These mentioned groups formed the rich subject that the social work for the care of the elderly people dealt with .

This study has dealt with the historical evolution of the phenomenon under research and also showed the magnitude of the phenomenon in the world by presenting the data and statistics that showed the large increase in the numbers of older persons worldwide, which were aggravated in developing countries.

This study highlighted the efforts made to address this phenomenon globally, regionally and locally.

The study also discussed the role of Islam in the care of the elderly and the extent of attention given by the religions to the elderly, with an indication of the verses and Hadiths that refer to the importance of the care of the elderly. It has also reviewed the problems that afflict the elderly and revealed the details of these problems, which are broken down into problems of health, social, economic, psychological and emotional.

The study showed and emphasized the most prominent needs of the elderly in response to the problems and the submitted solutions to contain the problem of the elderly. It has dealt with the development and integration of the overlapping stages. It has also discussed the issue of abuse of older people and emphasized important details on avoiding abuse of adults through the presentation of how they are abused and the different ways of abuse.

The theoretical framework of the study has dealt with some of the classical and modern theories in the area of the elderly. It has also benefited from a number of previous studies of local and foreign. Also it has reviewed the concepts used in this study.

The study had reviewed the research community which has been in the state of Khartoum, mainly in the provinces Omdurman. The search community had been divided to the rural and urban to show the difference in the conditions of older people in rural and urban areas. This had been applied in areas Karari and some of the old districts of Omdurman.

The findings of the study had showed a number of difficulties that older persons had suffered from in Sudan such as, the lack of having their legal, social, economical rights. The need of directing the media and social service to encourage the elderly to be aware of their basic rights and duties. The study also pinpointed the importance of family care for the elderly, and State support for families so that they can perform their role.
