دور صناديق الإستثمار في تطوير إداء سوق الأوراق المالية في السودان 2005 – 2020م (دراسة حالة بنك الإستثمار المالي)

Abstract

مستخلص تناول البحث دور صناديق الإستثمار في تطوير اداء سوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية في السودان (2005-2020م)، دراسة حالة بنك الإستثمار المالي، تمثلت مشكلة البحث في السؤال التالى: ما دور صناديق الإستثمار في تنشيط سوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية؟، هدف البحث للتعرف على دور صناديق الإستثمار في النهوض بسوق الأوراق المالية، والتعرف على رأس المال وحجم الودائع ببنك الإستثمار المالي. والكشف عن حجم تداول الأوراق المالية في سوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية. افترض البحث أن الزيادة في رأس مال بنك الإستثمار المالي تؤثر على مجموع الصناديق الإستثمارية بسوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية، وكذلك الزيادة في حجم تداول الأوراق المالية في سوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية تؤثر على مجموع الصناديق الإستثمارية بسوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية. اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي حيث استخدم المنهج الوصفي لتغطية الجانب النظري المتعلق بصناديق الإستثمار والمنهج التحليلي لتحليل البيانات الثانوية. توصل البحث للنتائج التالية: إن الزيادة في رأس مال بنك الإستثمار المالي ادت للزيادة في مجموع صناديق الإستثمار بسوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية بمقدار( (6.87E-08 . إن الزيادة في عدد الصناديق المالية المدرجة ببنك الإستثمار المالي ادت للزيادة في مجموع صناديق الإستثمار بسوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية بمقدار ((0.286774. إن الزيادة في مجموع ودائع بنك الإستثمار المالي ادت للزيادة في مجموع صناديق الإستثمار بسوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية بمقدار ((15.03688. أوصى البحث: بضرورة اتباع بنك الإستثمار المالي لاجراءات وتدابير رشيدة لجذب اكبر عدد من العملاء وذلك لزيادة رأس مال البنك وضرورة رفع الوعي لدى افراد المجتمع بأهمية الإستثمار في الأوراق المالية وذلك لزيادة مدخراتهم واتباع الشفافية والوضوح في نشر وتقديم القوائم المالية التي تحتوي على الأرباح بسوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية وذلك لزيادة حجم التداول في الأوراق المالية.

Abstract The research dealt with the investment funds role in Khartoum stocks market performance development during (2005-2020), case study of the financial investment bank, Problem of the research came in the question: What is investment funds role in Khartoum stocks market performance development? The research aimed to identify the investment funds role in stocks market development, in addition to identify the capital and deposits volume at financial investment bank, moreover detecting the volume circulating at Khartoum stocks market. The research assumed that increasing in the capital of financial investment bank affects on total of investment funds at Khartoum stocks market. Furthermore the increase of circulating volume at Khartoum stocks market effects on total of investment funds at Khartoum stocks market. The research used the descriptive and analytical approach, where the descriptive approach has been used to cover the theoretical part which related to the investment funds, and the analytical approach to analyze the secondary data. The research achieved the results: that the increase in capital of financial investment bank led to an increase in total of investment funds at Khartoum stocks market by amount of (6.87E-08). The increase in the number of associated financial funds led to an increase in total of investment funds at Khartoum stocks market by amount of (0.286774). The increase in total of financial investment bank deposits led to an increase in total of investment funds at Khartoum stocks market by amount of (15.03688). The research recommended that: the financial investment bank must adopt rational procedures in order to attract a great number of customers to increase the bank capital. and Necessity of raising peoples' awareness with investment significance so as to increase their savings. and Follow to the transparency in publishing and presenting the financial statements which include the profits at Khartoum stock market to increase the circulation volume in stock exchange.
