الحاجات والمشكلات النفسية وعلاقتها بدافعية الإنجاز وتقدير الذات

Abstract

مستخلص البحث هد ف هـذا البحـث إليـ التعر ف علـي بعـض الحاجـا ت و المشـكلا ت النفسـية وعلاتقتها بدافعية الانجاز وتقـدير الـذا ت: لـد ي الطلب الموهـوبين بمـدارس الموهبـة والتميـز- بالمرحلـة الثاجنويـة وليـة الخرطـوم. اتبعالبـاحث المنهـج الوصــفي الرتبــاطي, بلــغ عــدد العينــة الكلــي (254 (عــدد الــذكور(148( والجناث(106 (في العام الدراسي(2013-2014.(استخدم البـاحث مقيــاس الحاجا ت النفسية لمـورا ي 1988 ,ومقـاييس المشـكل ت النفسـية ودافعيـة الجنجــاز وتقــدير الــذا ت اتقتباســا مــن مقــاييس بعــض البحــوث والدراســا ت السابقة, تـم مسـح المجتمـع كـامل, كمـا اسـتخدم برجنامـج الحزمالحصـائية للعلـوم الجتماعيـة(spss(حيـث اسـتخدم مـن تلـك الحـزم مـايلي: اختبـار( T(والمتوسطا ت واختبار اجنوفا ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون. أظهــر ت النتائــج: أن الحاجــا ت النفســية لــد ي الطلب الموهــوبين بوليــة الخرطوم تتسم بالجنخفاض، بينما يتسم الطلب الموهوبون بارتفاع دال فــي المشكل ت النفسية (الغيرة، العزلة)، وباجنخفاض دال في سمة الكمالية،أيضا توجـد علتقـة بيـن الحاجـا ت النفسـية ودافعيـة الجنجـاز، و توجـد علتقـة بيـن المشـكل ت النفسـية (الغيـرة، الكماليـة)لـدى الطلب الموهوبـون ودافعيـة الجنجاز وغير دالة بيـن دافعيـة الجنجـاز والعزلـة، وتوجـد علتقـة عكسـية بيـن (الستقلل) وتقدير الذا ت، وطر دية بين الجنتماء وتقدير الذا ت وعلتقــة غيــر دالة بين السيطرة و اللعب وتقدير الـذا ت لـدى الطلب الموهـوبين بوليـة الخرطوم، كما ل توجد فروق فـي الحاجـا ت النفسـية (السـتقلل، الجنتمـاء، 5 اللعب) لدى الطلب الموهوبين تعز ي لمتغير النـوع بينمـا الفـروق فـي بعـد السيطرة دالـة ولصـالح الجنـاث، ول توجـد فـروق فـي المشـكل ت النفسـية (الغيرة، العزلـة،) لـدى الطلب الموهـوبين بوليـة الخرطـوم تعـز ي لمتغيـر النوع بينما الفروق دالة في بعد الكمالية لصالح الذكور، ول توجد فروق فــي الحاجا ت النفسية (الستقلل، الجنتماء، السـيطرة، اللعـب) لـدى الموهـوبين تعـز ي لمتغيـر المـوطن الصـلي. وبنـاءا علـي هـذه النتائـج أوصـى البـاحث ببعضالتوصـيا ت والمقترحـا ت منهـا:إجـراء المزيـد مـن الدراسـا ت العلميـة للموهوبين، وضع استراتيجية متكاملة من تقبل مؤسسا ت الدولــة والمجتمــع كل في اختصاصه للعمل علي إشباع الحاجا ت النفسية. Abstract This research aimed at exploring some psychological needs and problems and their relationship to achievement motivation and self-esteem among gifted student in talent and distinct secondary school in Khartoum State. The researcher used correlative descriptive method,the sample total number is (254) students, males are (148), and females are (106) in education year (2013-2014).The data collected by Morray need test (1988), tests of psychological problems, motivation achievement, and self-esteem, they are quoted from some previous studies and research. The study surveyed total society. The researcher used SPSS program including t-test, .means, ANOVA test, and Pearson correlation index The results revealed that: Psychological needs of gifted students in Khartoum State are low.Whereas, the psychological problems among gifted students are high (jealousy and alone), and low of trait of perfectibility. There is relationship between psychological needs and achievement motivation.There is relationship between psychological problems (jealousy and perfectibility) andachievement motivationamong gifted students, whereas not significant between achievement motivation and alone.There is negative relationship between 6 independence and self-esteem,and relationship is positive between belonging and self-esteem. No significant relationship between dominance and play, and self-esteem between gifted students in Khartoum State, and there is no significant in psychological needs (independence, belonging, and play) among gifted students according to sex, whereas, differences in dimension of domination in favor of females. There are no significant differences in psychological problems (jealousy and alone) between gifted students in Khartoum State according to variable of sex, whereas, the differences is significant in dimension of perfectibility in favor of males. There are no differences in psychological needs ( independence, belonging, dominance, and play) between gifted according to original residence. According to these results the researcher recommended some recommendations and suggestions: procedure more scientific studies on gifted and put complete strategy by government institutes any one according to their concern and society to satisfy psychological needs
