الفقر الحضري واثره في تغير إستخدام الوحدة السكنية (دراسة تطيبقية في الحارة 18بمحلية كرري امدرمان )

Abstract

Abstract The research is discussing the question of urban poverty, deprivation, and causes of urban poveny. That urban poverty encouraging urban dwellers to use residential units for other purposes; however) °.V % of the respondents stated that fact .Also they agreed that the incentive behind that was to provide necessary finance for schooling costs ,The righter also calculated That l/U °% of them are benefited for non- residential usage . The respondents also explained that they have saving activities and they allocate some money for saving either in families or ladies associations that means there is a lot of money circulating out of the banking systems. Other additional results, that \' *.i% of the dwellers (about one third) were affected by narrow space of their homes, l.i% feeling discomfort, ".‘l% of them are losing home freedom, limitation of behavior and disturbing of their personal privacy. The dwellers behavior towards using their residential units for other purposes over many years was expressed in four stages, each stage reflecting different usages, also tackling the positive and the negative consequences absurging from that non- residential usage for the sake of improving families’ income.
