الخوف الاجتماعي وعلاقته بالثقة بالنفس لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية ولاية الخرطوم

Abstract

مستخلص الدراسة هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على السمة العامة للخوف الاجتماعي والثقة بالنفس لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية بولاية الخرطوم ، ومعرفة ما إذا كانت هنالك فروق تعزي لمتغير (النوع و الصف و نوع التعليم "خاص ، حكومي") ، واستخدم فيها الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (360) طالب وطالبة ، تم تقسيمها كالآتي (180) طـالب و(180) طــالبة اختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وشملت أدوات الدراسة مقياس الخوف الاجتماعي من إعداد (رولين ووي ، 1994 ، Raulin & Wee)، ومقياس الثقة بالنفس من إعداد (سيدني شروجر ، 1990 ، Sidney Shrauger)، تم التحقق من صدق الأداتين عن طريق الصدق الظاهري بعرضه على الخبراء، عولجت البيانات إحصائياً باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (SPSS)، واستخدام معامل ارتباط بيرسون وإختبار (ت) لعينة واحدة وعينتين مستقلتين، واختبار التحليل الأحادي (أنوفا). توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الخوف الاجتماعي لدى أفراد العينة يتسم بالانخفاض، وتتسم الثقة بالنفس لدى أفراد العينة بالارتفاع، توجد علاقة عكسية دالة احصائياً بين الخوف الاجتماعي والثقة بالنفس ، فكلما انخفض الخوف ارتفعت الثقة. لم تظهر فروق دالة إحصائياً في الخوف الاجتماعي لدى أفراد العينة وفقاً لمتغيرات (الجنس ، نوع التعليم "خاص ، حكومي")، كما أظهرت الدراسة فروق في الخوف الاجتماعي تبعاً لمتغير المستوي الصفي لصالح الصف الثالث . وقد أوصى الباحث بضرورة وجود أخصائي نفسي في كل مدرسة ثانوية، وضرورة إقامة البرامج والدورات التدريبية التي تعمل على توعية المعلمين والمختصين في المجال التربوي. Abstract This research aimed to identify the main characteristic of social fear and self confidence among the students of the secondary level in Khartoum State. The research, on the other hand, aimed to identify the existence of any differences attributed to the variables of (gender, grade, and type of education, private or governmental). The research used the analytical descriptive approach to effect the field study. The research sample is comprised of (360) male and female students, which in turn divided into (180) for each gender, both of whom were selected using the simple random method. The research tools, on the other hand, including the social fear scale developed by Raulin & Wee, 1994, and the self-confidence scale developed by Sidney Shrauger, 1990. The validity of said tools has been proved by experts using the virtual validity method. The research used the statistical package for the social sciences program (SPSS) to analyze the field study data, using the Pearson Correlation Coefficient and T- test for one sample and two independent samples, in addition to the Mono-analysis (ANOVA) test. The research has reached a number of research findings, the most significant of which are the following: The social fear among the individuals in the sample is characterized by a decrease, whereas, the self-confidence, on the other hand, is characterized by an increase. The research findings have also shown a reverse correlation that is statistically significant between the social fear and self-confidence, however, the more the social fear decreased the more the self-confidence increased. In addition, the research findings have proved the fact that, there are no differences of statistical significance in social fear among the individuals of the sample pursuant to the variables of (gender, type of education, private, or governmental). The research findings have further disclosed some differences of statistical significance in social fear according to the variable of the grade level in favor of the third grade. The research then concluded with a set of recommendations, including the following: The research highly recommended the recruitment of psychologist at every secondary school. The research strongly recommended conducting training programs and sessions in order to raise the awareness of the teachers and specialist in the educational field.
