الآثار الاقتصادية لمديونية السودان الخارجية (الفترة من 1990م-2014م)

Abstract

المستخلص

تناول البحث مشكلة المديونية الخارجية وأثرها على الاقتصاد السودانى وتناول ثلاثة متغيرات ميزان المدفوعات والتجارة الخارجية والميزان التجارى وتحليل اثرها على الدين الخارجي ، وافترض البحث عجز المدين عن دفع ديونه المستحقة هى السبب في انفجار الازمة ، وتمثلت مشكلة البحث في كيف تصاعدت مشكلة مديونية السودان الخارجية وماذا فعل السودان لمواجهة هذا الوضع الذى يندد الاقتصاد الوطنى ، ونبعت اهمية البحث من استخدام الدارس بيانات التحليل التى تم التوصل اليها فى النواحي الاقتصادية وتحديد اسباب المديونية واثرها على الاقتصاد وهذه الديون أدت إلى تعطيل التنمية واصبحت عقبه في أداء وتطور السودان .

ومن اهم النتائج التى توصل اليها البحث عدم استخدام القروض بطريقة مثلي مما ادى الى فشل كثير من المشاريع التنموية والانتاجية ، وجود علاقة عكسية بين الدين والميزان التجارى وميزان المدفوعات وارتبط بعلاقة طردية مع الناتج المحلي الاجمالي ، ومن أهم التوصيات الاهتمام بوجود صادرات سودانية واتباع برامج اقتصادية صارمة . واتباع برامج اقتصادية صارمة .
