تطوير بوابة خدمات إعلامية (بالتطبيق على حكومة ولاية جنوب دارفور)

Abstract

ملخص البحث تناول البحث تطوير بوابة خدمـات إعلامية وتطبيقها على حكومة ولاية جنوب دارفــور. يهدف البحث إلى ترقية وتحديث الخدمات الإعلامية التي تقدمها حكومة ولاية جنوب دارفور من خلال تطوير بوابة خدمات إعلامية من النوع (G2C) خاص بحكومة ولاية جنوب دارفور. إتبع الباحث المنهج العلمي التطبيقي في مجال علوم الحاسوب كما استخدم المنهجية الكائنية في تحليل وتصميم النظام. ولتطوير الموقع استخدم التقنيات والبرمجيات مفتوحة المصدر نظراً لسهولة الحصول عليها وشيوع إستخدامها وسهولة الحصول على الدعم في حالة الحوجة فاللغات المستخدمة لتطوير الموقع هي php – javascript- HTML إضافة إلى تقنية الـCSSأما قاعدة البيانات التي استخدمت لتخزين محتويات الموقع فهي MySql وهي أيضاً مفتوحة المصدر وسهلة الحصول عليها. توصل البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: إفتقار الكثير من حكومـات الولايات في السودان إلى مواقع إلكترونية خاصة بها وإن وجدت فإنها تعاني من مشكلة عدم تحديث المحتوي لفترات طويلة. الإعــــلان عن طريق الإنترنت اصبح الأكثر إنتشاراًوبالتالي ويمكن الإعتماد عليه جنبا إلى جنب مع الوسائل الأخرى (الراديو – التلفزيون – الصحف اليومية – المجلات).إمكانية تطبيق هذا الموقــع على أرض الواقع. ويختتم البحث بالتوصيات الآتية: ضرورة تزويد الموقع بمعلومات حقيقية وإستضافته ليكون متاحاً عبر الإنترنت. التحديث المستمر لمحتوى الموقع.تطوير تطبيق للموقع خاص بالهواتف الذكية. إضافة اللغة الإنجليزية للموقع.

Abstract The research tackled the development of a media services portal and its application to the government of South Darfur State.The aim of the research is to upgrade and modernize the information services provided by the Government of South Darfur State through the development of a G2C media portal for the Government of South Darfur State. The researcher followed the applied scientific methodology in the field of computer science and also used the methodology in the analysis and design of the system. In order to develop this Website, used open source technologies and software due to their ease of use, common use and easy access to support in case of need. The languages used to develop the Website arephp - javascript - HTML in addition to CSS technology. The database used to store the contents of the site is MySql. The research reached the following result: that many state governments in Sudan have no Website, if any, suffer from the problem of not updating the content for long periods. Online advertising has become the most widespread and therefore can be relied upon along with other means (radio - television - newspapers - magazines). This website It canbe applied now. The research concludes with the following recommendations: The need to support this Website with real information and hosting it to be available online. Continuous updating of site content. Developing a website application for smart phones. Add English Language to the Website.
