بناء نظام الكترونى للمرضى

Abstract

المستخلص هذا البحث هو عبارة عن نظام اْلى للمريض, وقد تم تطبيق هذا النظام على مستشفى حوادث الاطفال ام درمان كنموذج . يعتمد المستشفى فى الاجراءات على التعاملات الورقية مما يجعل بيانات المريض عٌرضه للفقدان والتلف والاطلاع عليها من قبل جهات غير مسموح لها , وايضا اطالة الوقت على المريض . هذا النظام يقوم بتلافى هذه المشاكل فهو يؤدى الى السرعة فى الاجراءات وحفظ المعلومات و البيانات من الفقدان والتلف وايضا وعدم الاطلاع من قبل اى جهة غير مخول لها . من مناهج البحث العلمى التى تم اتباعها المنهج التحليلى لانه يقوم بتقديم معلوات وحقائق علمية فى مجال يعتبر من المجالات الحساسه جدا . فى مرحلة التحليل تم اختيار اسلوب التحليل عن طريق الكينونات لانه اسلوب يقوم بتحليل النظام تحليلا دقيقا . فى مرحلة التصميم تم تصميم الشاشات (اى عمل نموذج اولى لها) باستخدام برنامج العروض التقديمية . يحتوى هذا النظام على عدة شاشات هى الشاشة الرئيسية للنظام , شاشة الدخول , شاشة بيانات المريض (الاحصاء) , شاشة الطبيب , شاشة المعمل , شاشة الاشعة , شاشة الصيدلية , شاشة الرعاية الصحية (العنابر ) . لبرمجة هذا النظام الالى تم أُستخدام تقنية (ADF) وهى تقنية مبنية على لغة جافا , وتحتوى على ملفات (XML) التى تتيح لنا الاستعلام والتعديل فى البيانات داخل قاعدة البيانات , وبنية (ADF) مفتوحة المصدر وجاهزة مما يمكننا من انشاء بيئة عمل عن طريق اختيار القالب الذى يناسب احتياجتنا , ويمنك تعديل اعدادتها لتضيف ما تشاء من اضافات او تكنلوجيا جديدة . لكى يتم العمل بهذا النظام يجب علينا ربطه بشبكة محلية وربط بعض اجزائه بشبكة الانترنت , وايضا يجب تدريب العاملين على النظام , وتوفير مكونات مادية (اجهزة حواسيب – طابعات - اجهزة الربط الشبكى ) ويجب ان تكون ذات كفاءة عالية حتى يحقق النظام افضل اداء .

Abstract The research is carried out on electronical system for patients at umdorman emergency hospital for children. because,the hospital depends on manual means for the normal procedures like papers where the patients details will probably be spoiled ,missing or exposed to unauthorised person and it prolong the duration for the patients. This system will overcome these problems, its faster in procedures as well as saving the data from loosing or missing and secured from external login. The methodology used in this research is analytical methodology because it gives scientific facts and information to this sensitive field of study. At analysis stage the research followed the entity analysis. Because it give's well analysis to the whole system. At the design stage . i have designed the screens with primary example for screen designed by power point. The system consists of the following screens - The main screen , entrance screen , patient screen , doctor screen, lab screen , xray screen , pharmacy screen , health care screen. Adf programming language has been used in this system ,it’s a modern languages which is based on java language , it includes xml language which allow queries and modification services for data inside the database. The adf structure is open and ready for work environments which makes many patterns in the same time. Eventually, there will be connection to this system to the internet through lan network. Training services also will be provided to the staff to be familiar with the system. Good hardware devices also will be provided as an essential criteria for well designed system like desktops,printers and other devices. It should be well efficient devices in order to get outstanding performance of the system.
