الخَارِطة الرَقْميّة لمَرَض الدَّرَن في السُّودان

Abstract

ملخص: المَعْلُومات الصَّحِّية وتَوَافُرَهاستظل حجر الزاويةوالأمر الحاسْم لموَاجَهَة ومُكَافَحَة أَيْوَبَاء أَوْ مَرَض، وستظلُّ الخط الأَوَّل لعَمَلِيَّات الاِسْتِجَابَةالفورية لمُحَاصَرَة أَيْ مَرَضولإِدَارَة الأَزْماتفي حالات الطوارئ، وتثقيف المُوَاطِنينصَّحِّياً، والمرشد الَّذِي لا بديل له لصانعي السِّيَاسَات ومُتَّخِذي القَرَارات، ولما كانت وما زالت عَمَلِيَّةاِسْتِهْلاك الدَّوَاء ظَاهِرة بِشْرِيّة تدَوْم مابَقِيَت الحَيَاةَ، وتظلُّظَاهِرة َبعْيدةً كُل البَعْد عَنْ نَظَرِيَّات السُّوق وقَوَاعِده المَبْنِيَّة عَلَى العَرْض والطَلَب، فطَلَب الدَّوَاء حَتْماً غَيْر قَابِل للإِرْجَاءَ أَوْ التَّرَيُّث بغَض النَّظَر عَنْ أَوْضَاع المَرِيض المَكَانِّية والاقْتِصَادِيَة، ومِنْ هنا نَبَعَت فِكْرَة هَذَا البَحْث لعَلَّها تساهمفي تَحْدِيدحَاجَة الوَطَن مِنْ أَدْوِيَة الدَّرَن، ودِرَاسَة زِيادَةحَجْم اِسْتِهْلاكها وعِلاقَتها بالمَكَان ومُعدَّلاتالزِّيَادَة السُّكَّانية وطَبِيعَة الخِدْمَات الصَّحِّية والصَّيْدَلانِيّةالمُتَوْفِرة فيها، ورَصْد نَوَافِذ الخِدْمَةللمُصَابين ودِرَاسَة تَوْزِيعَات تلك المراكز. يتمثل الهَدَف الرَّئيس لهذا البَحْثفي عَمَل خَارِطة رَقْميّة لمَرَض الدَّرَن في السُّودان للاِقْتِرَاب أَكْثَرمِنْ فَهْم حَقِيقِي لكَم المُصَابين وتَوْزِيعهم الجُغْرَافي ونَوَافِذالخِدْمَةالصَّحِّيةالمتاحة لهم وكَم الدَّوَاء المُتَدَاوَل والمُسْتَهْلَك كمُؤَشِّر لقِرَاءة الوَاقِع الصَّحِّي للمُصَابين والمُداوِمين عَلَى تَعَاطَي العِلَاج، وُصُولاً إِلَى الاِسْتِجَابَة الكَامِلة لحاجِيَّاتِ مَرِيض الدَّرَنمِنْ كَافَّة أنواع الخِدْمَات الصَّحِّية والإِمْدَادِيه (اللوجستية- logistics) المُتَّصِلة بهِ، وذلك مِنْ خِلاَل المَزَج بَيْنَ البيَانَات الجُغْرَافِيَّة (المَكَانِّية) وتكنولوجيا قواعد البيَانَاتالمَبْنِيَّة على الويب لتَطْورنَمُوذَج مُحَاكَاة لوَاقِع المَرَض ونَمُوذَج تَنَبُّؤ للتَحَرُّك قَبْل الكَارِثَة وتَحْلِيل التَفَاعُل المُحْتَمَل بَيْنَ مُخْتَلَف العَوَامِل الديمُوغرافية (الدِرَاسَات السُّكَّانية) والصَّحِّية، َنَمُوذَج قابل للتطبيق على كافةالأمَرَاض الوبائية. اِسْتَخْدَمالباحث لتحقيق هَدَفه قَوَاعِدالبيَانَات العلائقية Microsoft SQL Server 2012لتخزين وحفظ وتعديل واسترجاع بيانات سِلسِة الإِمْداد الدَّوَائي والبيَانَات المكانية لمراكز الدَّرَن، واِسْتَخْدَم ايضاً اِطاراتASP.NET الإصدار 4المدعومة بلغة البرمجة C#لتنفيذ واجهات النِّظام، ومِنْ ثم قام بربط نُظُّم المَعْلُومات الجُغْرَافِيَّة وبياناته المكانية التي نفذها على برنامج Arc GIS10.3، لتكون المحصلة خَارِطة صِّحِّيَّة لمَرَض الدَّرَن في السُّودانتَوْفِر صُورَةً مُتَكامِلة الأطراف عن الوَاقِع الصَّحِّي لهذا الداء،مما يمكن مسؤولو الصَّحِّة ومُتَّخِذي القَرَارمِنْوَضْعالبَرْامِجالمُسَبَّقَة للتَّحَكُّم في نَقْلِ العَدْوَى واِنْتَشَارها باِسْتَخْدَام القَرَائِن والمَعْلُومات الناتجة عن النِّظامعِنْد وَضْع الخُطَّط ورَسْم السِّيَاسَاتواتِّخَاذ القَرَارات، وهذا ما يساعد بدوره مِنْتَطْور خِدْمَات الرِّعاية الصَّحِّية الَّتي يَتَلَقَّاهاالمُصَابين، والعَمَل عَلَى تَحْسِين نَوْعِيتها لهم وضَمان سُهُولَة الحُصُول عَلَيْهَا ودَيْمُومَتِهاوُصُولاًإِلَى وَطَنٍ سَلِيمٍمُعاَفى وأكَثَر إِنْتاجيَّة. Abstract: Health information and their availability will continue to be thecorner stone and crucial matter to confront and combat theepidemic or illness, and it will remain to be the first line foroperations of immediate response to besiege any illness and tomanage the crisis in emergency situations, and to educatecitizens healthily, and the guide which is irreplaceable for policyand decision makers, and as the process of drug consumption isstill a continue phenomenon of mankind that lasts as long as liferemains, and a phenomenon that is far from market theories andrules based on supply and demand theory, and as the demand fordrug is inevitably and cannot be deferred or postponedregardless of the patient’s spatial and economicconditions, hencethe idea of this research originated and I hope that it contributesin determiningthe nation need of TB drugs, and to study theincreasing volume of their consumption and their relationship withthe place and the rates of population increase and the nature ofthe health and pharmaceutical services available in it, and tomonitor the outlets of service for the patients and to study thedistributions of these centers. The main objective of this research is to make a digital map fortuberculosis disease in Sudan to move closer to a realunderstanding of the number of patients and their geographicaldistribution and the health service outlets available for them andhow much drug rolling and consumed as an indicator to read thehealth situation of the patients and those continuously using thedrug, to reach to the full respond to the needs of the tuberculosispatient of all types of health and logistics services related to him,that is through a combination of geographic data (spatial) anddatabases technology built on the web to develop a model ofsimulation of reality of the disease and model of prediction tomove before the disaster and to analyze the possible interactionbetween various demographic (population studies) and healthfactors, a model applicable to all epidemic diseases. To achieve his goal, the researcher used Microsoft SQL Server2012 relational databases to save, modify and retrievethe drug supply chain data and spatial data for tuberculosiscenters data, also he used ASP.NET frames version 4 supportedwith programming language C# to implement the systeminterfaces, and then he linked the geographic information systems(GIS) and its spatial data that he executed on the Arc GIS10.3program, so that result be a health map for tuberculosis disease inSudan that provides an integrated parts image of the healthsituation of this disease, allowing the health officials and decisionmakers to put prior programs to control the transmission andspread of the disease by using clues and information resultingfrom the system when making the plans and drawing the policiesand taking decisions, and this is what in turn helps in thedevelopment of health care services received by the patients, andto work to improve their quality for them and to ensure theiraccessibility and durability in order to reach to a safe, sound andmore productive country.
