تطوير نظام محوسب لإدارة مؤسسة دار المسنين ( بالتطبيق على مركز الضو حجوج للمسنين )

Abstract

المستخلص مركز رعاية المسنين هو واحد من أهم المشاريع الخدمية التي تقدم خدمات متميزة للمسنين بحيث توفر لهم جميع المعينات والخدمات التي تجعلهم في حالة من الراحة ولأنهم يحتاجون الى رعاية خاصة لذلك كان لابد من إدخال نظم المعلومات في مثل هذه المشاريع. يستخدم المركز نظام تقليدي في تخزين وإدارة بيانات المسنين وذلك من خلال استمارات يتم ملئها بواسطة موظف مسؤول وهذه الطريقة تجعل موضوع ادارة المركز معقدة و مكلفة. تكمن مشكله البحث في صعوبة إدارة المركز بسبب استخدام الطريقة التقليدية و استخدام الاستمارات مما يسبب في ضياع كثير من الزمن و الجهد و المال. وتهدف الدراسة الى عمل نظام متكامل يساعد المركز في إدارة الإعمال التي يقوم بها تجاه المسنين و العاملين بالمركز بدقه عالية و سهوله بحيث يوفر مرونة كامل في التعامل مع المستفيدين من المسنين, ويوفر مجموعه من التقارير التي تساعد متخذي القرار في المركز للقيام بعملهم بشكل سهل و ميسر. تم استخدام المنهج العلمي التطبيقي في عملية تحليل النظام بحيث تم الاعتماد على لغة النمذجة الموحدة في تحليل النظام و العمليات التي تجري فيه. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة أن النظام الجديد اثبت كفاءته ومقدرته في اداره أعمال المركز وتوفير كل المعلومات المطلوبة عن المسنين والعاملين بالمركز وعرض التقارير الانية عنهم ومقدرته ايضا على حفظ البيانات واسترجاعها بطريقة امنة وسهلة بحيث يوفر سرعه في الاداء ودقه في التنفيذ .

Abstract The Center for Elderly Care is one of the most important service projects that provide excellent services for the elderly, providing them with all the aids and services that make them comfortable and because they need special care, so it was necessary to introduce information systems in such projects. The Center uses a traditional system for the storage and management of elderly data through forms filled out by a responsible employee, which makes the management of the Center complex and costly. The problem of research is the difficulty of managing the center because of the use of traditional method and the use of forms, which causes the loss of a lot of time and effort and money. The study aims at working an integrated system that helps the Center in the management of the work carried out towards the elderly and the staff of the Center with a high accuracy and ease so as to provide full flexibility in dealing with the beneficiaries of the elderly and provides a range of reports that help the decision makers in the center to do their work easily and easily . The applied scientific approach was used in the analysis of the system so that the UML language was used to analyze the system and the processes in which it is conducted. The most important results of the study are that the new system proved its efficiency and its ability to manage the work of the center and provide all the information required about the elderly and employees of the center and the presentation of reports about them and ability to save data and retrieval in a safe and easy to provide speed in performance and accuracy in implementation
