التنبؤ بسداد قروض المصارف باستخدام تنقيب البيانات دراسة الحالة (بالتطبيق في بنك فيصل الإسلامي)

Abstract

المستخلص: يهدفهذاالبحثلتطبيق مفاهيم تنقيب البيانات في البنوك والمصارف السودانية ولحلإحدىمشاكل تنقيب البيانات في المصارف وهيتنبؤ بسداد القروض الاستثماريةلبنك ،بالإضافةلاتخاذالقرار الأمثل والصحيح لمعرفة توجهات البنك الاستثمارية. أجريت هذه الدراسة بنك فيصل الإسلاميفي ولاية الجزيرة فرع مدني وشملت 2000عميل وفئاتهم العمرية تتراوح مابين 20سنة -60سنة،تنوعت من حيث المستوى التعليمي ،ومستوى الدخل،ونوع الجنس،توفر سكن العميل،ومدة القروض. تم استخدام اثنين من تقنيات التنقيب عن البيانات في تحليل بيانات عملاء البنك وهي تقنية التصنيف ومنه خوارزميتينTree/j48 وrandom forestTree/ ولتنفيذ ذلك تم استخدامبرنامجيالwekaو ال ORANGE. خلصت الدراسة إلي نتائج مهمة تتمثل في انه يمكن الاعتماد علي معلومات العميل الشخصية لتنبؤ بسداد القروض الاستثمارية للبنك وتتمثل في العمر والحالة الاجتماعية ومستوى الدخل. هنا لابد من التوصية بضرورةتنقيب بيانات العملاء والبنوك لاتخاذ القرارات المثلى في التوجهات المستقبلية للاستثمار في البنوك .

Abstract This research aims to solve one of the problems experienced by doctors which is the problem of diagnosis of Kidney failure diseases. And there is huge data without benefit, so this research came to solve this problem in addition to helping doctors to make the right decision and reduce the incidence of the disease. This study was conducted at Ahmed Kassem Hospital in Khartoum, with 1,000 patients including 590 men and 409 women aged between 30 and 70 years. Two data mining techniques were used to analyze the data of renal failure patients, namely the classification technology, including the C45 algorithm and the clustering technique, including the K-Mean algorithm To implement this, the Weka and ORANGE programs were used. The study concluded that the age group and the social situation were related to kidney failure. Here it is necessary to recommend the need to pay attention to the early detection of kidney failure diseases as well as to the health of the environment and the cleanliness of drinking water.
