أثر الأزمة المالية العالمية علي الاستثمار الأجنبي في السودان

Abstract

المستخلص تناول البحث اثر الأزمة المالية العالمية علي الاستثمار الأجنبي في السودان وذلك من خلال تحليل مفهوم الأزمة المالية العالمية وأسبابها وأنواعها وتداعياتها علي الإقتصاد العالمي بصف عامة والإقتصاد السوداني بصفة خاصة من خلال الوقوف علي آثارها المختلفة بالتركيز علي الإستثمار الأجنبي. • إستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي الإحصائي التحليلي. وقد توصل البحث إلي نتائج من أهمها: - إن الأزمة المالية لها آثار علي إقتصاديات دول العالم أجمع من خلال واقع الأداء الإقتصادي لها وأن هذا الآثر متباين بين هذه الدول لإختلاف أوضاعها الإقتصادية. - إن الأزمة المالية لها أثر سالب علي الإقتصاد السوداني ومن ثم الإستثمار الأجنبي فيه الذي تأثر بصورة غير مباشرة. • وقد كانت أهم التوصيات: علي الدولة تمتين السياستين المالية والنقدية وتفعيل الدور المراقب لها في الإقتصاد وإعتماد مبدأ الشفافية في السياسات الإقتصادية وإستئصال الفساد المالي والإداري وتوجيه الإنفاق العام نحو التنمية والخدمات الإجتماعية وتهيئة مناخ الإستثمار تماماً وذلك من خلال الإصلاح الإقتصادي والتشريعي والسياسي ومنح الثقة للمستثمرين الأجانب. The research talk about the impact of financial crisis on the foreign investment in Sudan and through the analysis of the concept of the global financial crisis, its causes and its consequences on the global economy in general and the Sudanese economy to a special status by standing on their different effects by focusing on foreign investment.

The researcher used the descriptive statistical analysis, whoever, the researcher found the results and moist important as follows:

- The financial crisis has implications for the economies of all countries of the world through the reality of its economic performance, and that this effect is variable among these countries on their different economic conditions

- The financial crisis has negative effects on the Sudanese economy, then foreign investment that has been affected indirectly.

The most important recommendations are follows are: The state should make strengthening fiscal and monetary policy and activating the role of observer in the economy and the adoption of the principle of transparency in economic policies, the eradication of financial, administrative corruption and directing public expenditure towards development and social services. Although, government should create investment climate and through economic, legislative, political reform, and giving the confidence to foreign investors.
