المسايرة الإجتماعية وعلاقتها بالتوافق الإجتماعى لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية بمحلية شرق النيل

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على المسايرة والتوافق الإجتماعى لدى المراهقين بولاية الخرطوم ، محلية شرق النيل ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قامت الباحثة بإختيار عينة بلغ حجمها"120" منها"68" طالب و"52" طالبة تترواح أعمارهم بين (15-21) سنة من المدارس الثانوية بشرق النيل بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية المتساوية ، وقد إستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفى فى إعداد هذه الدراسة ولجمع البيانات تم إستخدام مقياس المسايرة لسلافة حسب الرسول ومقياس التوافق الإجتماعى لهبو.م.بل ، حيث أستخرجت لهما الخصائص السيكومترية من صدق وثبات ، ولتحليل البيانات تم إستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية فى العلوم الإجتماعية (SPSS) وطبقت عدة إختبارات هى : إختبار "ت" لمجتمع واحد وإختيار معامل إرتباط بيرسون وإختبار "ت" لعينتين مستقلتين وإختبار تحليل التباين الأحادى "أنوفا" وقد توصل البحث إلى النتائج التالية :

أن المراهقين بالمدارس الثانوية بمحلية شرق النيل يتسمون بدرجة عالية من المسايرة والتوافق الإجتماعى، كما أثبتت النتائج وجود علاقة إرتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائياً بين المتغيرين المسايرة والتوافق الإجتماعى ، كما لم تثبت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالةإحصائية فى المسايرة بين الذكور والإناث ، كما أثبتت وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية فى درجة المسايرة تبعاً لمتغير العمر لصالح الفئة العمرية (16-21)،وأظهرت عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية فى المسايرة تبعاً لمتغير الفصل الدراسى.

قدمت الباحثة فى خاتمة البحث توصيات ومقترحات بحوث مستقبلية تكمل مابدأته الباحثة.

Abstract

This research aimed to investigating the social conformity and social adjustment among adolescents in locality of sharq Alneel in Khartoum state, the researcher selected sample consist of(120) students (68) males and (52) females, their age range is (15-21)years, they are form secondary schools of sharq alneel ,they are selected by simple random stratified method. The data collected by test of social conformity designed by sulava Hasbelrsol and test of social adjustment by Hum Bill, the researcher confirm the psychometrics properties of these tests including constancy and reliability. The data analyzed by SPSS including T-test for on sample, Pearson correlation index, T-test for two independent simples, and Analyzes of Variance (ANOVA).The results indicated that:

The social conformity and adjustment among adolescents in locality of sharq Alneel is high, there is non- significant statistical negative correlation relationship between social conformity and adjustment, there are no significant statistical different in social conformity between males and females, there are significant statistical differences in social conformity according to variable of age in favor of(16-21) years range, there are no significant statistical differences in social conformity according to variable of class.

In conclusion the researcher presented some recommendations and future research suggestions.
