فعالية النماذج التعليمية في تنمية الكفايات التدريسية لمعلمي الكيمياء بالمرحلة الثانوية بالسودان

يهدف هذا البحث إلى توضيح فعالية النماذج التعليمية في تنمية الكفايات التدريسية لمعلمي الكيمياء بالمرحلة الثانوية بولاية الخرطوم و إلى تحديد الكفايات التدريسية اللازم توفرها لدى معلمي الكيمياء بالمرحلة الثانوية بولاية الخرطوم ، وإلى وضع برنامج علاجي لتنمية بعض الكفايات لدى معلمي الكيمياء بالمرحلة الثانوية وذلك بإستخدام النماذج التعليمية.

استخدم الباحث في هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي وأداته المتمثلة في الاستبيان، بالإضافة إلى تصميم بطاقة ملاحظة ونموذجين تعليميين كأدوات تجريبية لتحقيق المنهج الوصفي المتبع في الدراسة. اعتمد الباحث في هذا البحث على عينة من معلمي ومعلمات الكيمياء بالمرحلة الثانوية بولاية الخرطوم بلغ عددهم ستين معلماً ومعلمة ، ثلاثون من معلمي ومعلمات الكيمياء خريجي كليات التربية جامعة الخرطوم وجامعة أمدرمان الإسلامية، وثلاثون من خريجي كليات العلوم ( قسم الكيمياء) من مختلف جامعات السودان. وقد توصل البحث إلى عدد من النتائج هي :

أولاً : تم تحديد وتصميم قائمة للكفايات الرئيسة الواجب توفرها لدى معلمي الكيمياء بالمرحلة الثانوية.

ثانياً : تم بناء برنامج علاجي يحتوي على العديد من الخبرات لتنمية كفايات معلمي مادة الكيمياء بالمرحلة الثانوية بولاية الخرطوم اثناء الخدمة باستخدام النماذج التعليمية.

ثالثاً : هناك تحسن في الأداء البعدي مقارنة بالأدء القبلي لصالح الأداء البعدي لمعلمي الكيمياء خريجي كليات التربية وكليات العلوم، لكل من كفاية تدريس الرموز والمعادلات الكيميائية وكفاية استخدام أساليب العروض العملية لمادة الكيمياء.

رابعاً : هناك تحسن في الأداء البعدي مقارنة بالأداء القبلي لمعلمي الكيمياء خريجي كليات التربية وكليات العلوم للكفايات الفرعية المتفرعة من كفاية تدريس الرموز والمعادلات الكيميائية وكفاية استخدام أساليب العروض العملية.

وعليه يوصي الباحث بالآتي :

أ - إعداد بطاقة ملاحظة وبناء نماذج تعليمية في مجال الكفايات الأخرى التي لم يشملها البحث.

ب - الربط بين الجوانب النظرية والتطبيقية في برامج اعداد معلمي الكيمياء بالمرحلة الثانوية.

Abstract

This research aims at explaining the effectiveness of education models in developing teaching competencies for teachers of chemistry in Khartoum state. It also aims to identify the required teaching competencies for teachers of chemistry in secondary schools, besides finding solving program for developing some teaching competencies by using educational models. The researcher used the descriptive method by using questionnaire as a tool, besides designing an observation card and two educational models as experimental tools to achieve the descriptive method used in this research.

The sample of this research were sixty male and female of secondary schools chemistry teachers in Khartoum state, thirty of them graduated from faculties of education at Khartoum and Omdurman Islamic Universities, the other thirty of them graduated from faculties of Science from different Sudanese Universities. The researcher achieved the following important results:

1- There is an improvement in performance between pre and post test both of teachers who graduated from faculties of education and science for teaching chemical symbols and chemical equations and competency of the techniques of practical setup.

1. There is an improvement in performance between pre and post test in performance of teachers who graduated from faculties of education and faculties of science for sub-competencies of teaching chemical symbols and equations and sub-competencies of techniques of practical setup.

2. Remedial program has been developed containing a lot of experiences for developing competencies that required for chemistry teacher by using educational models.

3. Preparing a pattern list of main competencies that required for teachers of chemistry in secondary schools. So the researcher – according to above results – raising two I important recommendations: -

A- Preparing observation card and building educational models in other competencies that not included in this research.

B- Connecting between theoretical and practical aspects in program for preparing chemistry teachers in secondary schools.
