Abstract
Abstract
The study aimed to identify the concept of instructional
design, and to investigate from the ability extend of the good
application of its models in designing syllabus. And to know
the problems that facing the pupils in studying the syllabus of
the human developing the earth, from the point of view of its
teachers. And to present proposed images for designing the
syllabus for the fourth class of the basic level schools. The
descriptive approach was used. The content of the syllabus
was analyzed to ensure its harmony with the general model
(ADDIE) of the instructional design. Also a questionnaire, an
interview and information form were used as tools to collect
the data and information's related to the study. The
population of the questionnaire were the syllabus teachers in
Khartoum North locality (180) males and females. The
population of the interview were the syllabus directors
(90)males and females. The random regular sample was used
for the questionnaire (45) teachers males and females. (6)
directors males and females were the sample of the interview.
(4) schools for the information form. The statistical program
(SPSS) was uses to analyze the t study data, where the
percentage, arithmetic mean, and standard deviation were
:used. The researcher came to the following results

level schools, and pupils found difficulties in
understanding the syllabus, due to the method adopted
in designing the syllabus, which was not consistent with

syllabus, that made it difficult for the pupils to
understand the syllabus, and lessen their attitudes and
trends towards effective learning, so their study

schools of basic instructional level at Khartoum North

The techniques followed in evaluating the human and .4
universe syllabus in the fourth basic level schools, didn't
suit pupils, and didn't care about measuring the skills,

To follow the instructional design model in designing the
syllabus. Availability of teaching aids to all locality schools.
The effectiveness of accompanying activities which
concomitant to the syllabus like field trips, with
encouraging teachers to teach according to the steps of
.instructional design model
