معوقات الممارسة المهنية للأخصائي الاجتماعي في المجال المدرسي (دراسة تطبيقية على مدارس الأساس الحكومية بمحلية أمدرمان)

Abstract

مستخلص البحث تناول هذا البحث المعوقات المهنية للأخصائي الاجتماعي المدرسي وذلك من خلال دراسة تطبيقية لمدارس الأساس الحكومية بمحلية ام درمان . حيث هدف إلى تسليط الضوء على المعوقات المهنية التي يعاني منها الأخصائي الاجتماعي المدرسي و التعرف على معينات العمل المتوفرة للأخصائي الاجتماعي المدرسي ، والتعرف على العمل المهني لدى الأخصائي الاجتماعي . استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ومنهج المسح الشامل ودراسة الحالة باستخدام أداتين الاستبيان يستهدف الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين لمدارس الأساس الحكومية بمحلية ام درمان والمقابلة تستهدف مديري المدارس التي بها أخصائيين اجتماعيين . توصل البحث الى النتائج الاتية : قلة عدد الاخصائيين الاجتماعيين بمدارس الاساس الحكومية وعدم تفهم ادارة المدرسة لدور الأخصائي الاجتماعي وتفهم التلاميذ لطبيعة دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي المدرسي . خرج البحث بعدد من التوصيات أهمها عمل دورات تدريبية للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بصفة عامة والأخصائيين الاجتماعيين في المدارس بصفة خاصة ، وعلى أقسام الخدمة الاجتماعية المدرسية بالمحليات الإهتمام بنوعية الخدمات التي يمكن تقديمها للتلاميذ وأيضا على مديري المدارس توفير المكاتب الخاصة للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين .

Abstract This research tackles the professional obstacles for the school specialist and that inc, through applied study for the governmental primary schools in Omdurman locality The, research targets, to shed light on the professional obstacles _ which the school social specialist suffers from and to know the work helpers available to the school social specialist and to know the .professional work of the social specialist Thee researcher used analytical descriptive scientific methodology and the case study through the use of tow tools : the questionnaire which targets the governmental primary schools social specialists in Omdurman locality and the interview which target the school .headmasters which have social specialists :The research result the following results _ There are few social specialists in the governmental primary schools Non understanding of the school administration to the role of the .social specialist The pupils understand the nature of the role of school social .specialist :From the most important recommendations are Understanding of training sessions for the social specialists in general, and from those social specialists in the schools in particular the departments of the school social science which can be delivered to the pupils The school headmasters Should provide to special offices for the social specialists
