تطبيق مفهوم الحكومة الإلكترونية علي نظام تسجيل الرقم القومي الوطني لإثبات الهوية السودانية

Abstract

الملخص

تم في هذا البحث تصميم نظيم سجل مدني والذي له أهمية القصوي في مشروع الحكومة الإلكترونية بإعتباره أحد المميزات لهوية المواطن. ومن حيث المنهجية تم إتباع أسلوب علمي تطبيقي من خلال استخدام برمجيات متبعة في علم الحاسوب متمثلة في لغة النمذجة الموحدة في التحليل والتصميم ولغة البرمجة PHP مع SQL لغة قواعد البيانات . وتم التعرف علي المفاهيم الأساسية للحكومة الإلكترونية وأهدافها وعوائق التطبيق وأهمية السجل المدني من حيث التعريف للسجل المدني والمقاصد الكلية والأهداف ومن ثم التحليل عن طريق نموذج الكينونة والتعلق والتحليل لمخرجات النظام في شكل شاشات وتقارير، بالإضافة إلي تحليل مشاكل الإدخال والأمنية ودراسة الجدوى ومن ثم تناول البحث التصميم للمخرجات والمدخلات في شكل شاشات كشاشة بيانات المواطن ، وكذلك تصميم قواعد البيانات ومن ثم التنفيذ في شكل شاشات وتقارير ومن ثم الأخذ بالإعتبار عن التوصيات باعتبار أن الرقم الوطني أحد أهم المقومات الأساسية لإثبات الشخصية وذلك بعمل الصيانة الدورية للنظام ومواكبة التطور التقني والفني .

Abstract

In this research design civil registeration system, which is of paramount importance in the e-government project as one of the advantages of the identity of the citizen.In terms of methodology ascientific method through the use of standard software in computer science represented in the Unified Modeling Language in the analysis, design and programming language PHP with SQLlanguage databases. on the basic concepts of e-government objectives and obstacles were identified as well as importance of civil registration in terms of the definition of the Civil Registration its purposes overall goals , then the analysis by model object oriented and analysis of the output system in the form of screens and reports, in addition to analyzing problems input and security and feasibility study and then studied the design of outputs and inputs in the form of screens screen as the data of the citizen, as well as database design and . implementation in the form of screens and reports moreover,It took into consideration the recommendations that the national number one of the most important components of the identity and the work of periodic maintenance of the system and keep pace with technical and artistic development .
