العلاقة بين الأسرة والبيئة المدرسية وأثرها علي التسرب الدراسي ( دراسة حالة - المدارس الثانوية الحكومية - ولاية شمال دارفور محلية الفاشر )

Abstract

المستخلص أُجري هذا البحث لمعرفة العلاقة بين الأسرة والبيئة المدرسية وأثر ذلك علي تسرب التلاميذ في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية بمحلية شمال دارفور ولاية شمال دارفور وذلك باعتبار أن التسرب من المشكلات التعليمية والتربوية التي تؤرق المجتمعات وتعوق تقدمها وتقلل من مشاركة الفرد الفاعلة في المجتمع وتقلل من نسبة الإنتاج التي تحتاج الي المهارات التي تعتمد علي التعليم بالإضافة الي بعدها الأمني علي المجتمع . تمثلت مشكلة البحث في التساؤل الأتي هل للعلاقة بين الأسرة والبيئة المدرسة أثر علي التسرب الدراسي ، وتشمل الأهمية العلمية والنظرية فى الإضافة المعرفية المتوقعة لها وخاصة فيما يتعلق بتحليل العلاقة بين الأسرة والبيئة المدرسية ويعتبر معرفة عوامل البيئة المدرسية التي تؤدي الي التسرب من أهم أهداف الدراسة . واتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يحلل ويفسر هذه لمشكلة للوصول للنتائج التي نستطيع تعميمها ، كذلك منهج دراسة الحالة للوصول للحقائق ومعرفة الجوانب البيئة والنفسية والشخصية مما يمكن الباحث من إجراء وصف تفصيلي متعمق للحالة موضوع البحث . واعتمد الباحث علي وسائل جمع البيانات كالملاحظة والمقابلة والاستبيان . ولقد توصل البحث الي نتائج من أهمها : علي المعلمين عدم تمييز فئة علي آخرى من التلاميذ . وعلي الوالدين أن يبديا اهتمام أكبر بأبنائهم من الناحية التعليمية والتربوية .كما أوصت الدراسة بإجراء المزيد من الدراسات حول التسرب الدراسي في المراحل التعليمية المختلفة. وإجراء دراسة عن غياب الأنشطة المدرسية وأثرها علي التسرب الدراسي .

Abstracts This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between the family and the school environment and the impact of this on the dropout of students in governmental secondary schools in the North Darfur locality of North Darfur State. The educational dropout is one of educational problems that disturb societies, impede their progress, reduce the participation of the individual actors in society and reduce the proportion of production that need to the skills that depend on education as well as its security dimension to the community. The problem of the research is the question of whether the relationship between the family and the school environment affects the dropout. The scientific and theoretical importance comes to the expected addition of knowledge, especially with regard to the analysis of the relationship between the family and the school environment. The research followed the analytical descriptive method that analyzes and explains this problem to reach the results that can be generalized, as well as the case study methodology to reach the facts and to know the environmental, psychological and personal aspects which enables the researcher to conduct a detailed and in-depth description of the situation in question. The researcher relied on data collection methods such as observation, interview and questionnaire. The research come up of some results, the most important are teachers should not distinguish between students. Parents should show more interest in their children in terms of education. The study also recommended more studies on the dropout in different educational stages. And a study on the absence of school activities and their impact on dropout.
