دور المعلم القدوة في تحسین النواحي التحصیلیة والسلوكیة لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانویة بمحلیة القضارف كما یدركھ الخبراء التربویون والطلاب

Abstract

مستخلص تناولت الد ا رسة سمات معلم المرحلة الثانویة من حیث القدوة الشخصیة والعلمیة والمهنیة ، و دورها في تحسین النواحي التحصیلیة والسلوكیة لدى الطلاب من وجهة نظر الخب ا رء التربویون والطلاب بمحلیة القضارف اختار الباحث المنهج الوصفي لإج ا رء هذه الد ا رسة ، واستخدم الاستبانه والمقابلة كأدوات لجمع المعلومات ، غطت الد ا رسة محلیة القضارف بولایة القضارف بشرق السودان ، وشملت طلاب وطالبات الصف الثالث ( بالمدارس الثانویة الحكومیة الجغ ا رفیة ، والمدارس الثانویة النموذجیة للبنیین والبنات ، بلغ عدد عینة الد ا رسة ( 204 طالب وطالبه ، وبلغ عدد عینة المقابلة مع الخب ا رء التربویون والموجهین بمحلیة القضارف ( 40 ) خبیر تربوي . ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إلیها الد ا رسة : 1. إجماع أف ا رد عینة الد ا رسة على مجالات الصفات (الشخصیة والعلمیة والمهنیة) التي ینبغي أن تت وافر لدي المعلم القدوة ، وتؤثر على النواحي التحصیلیة والسلوكیة لطلاب المرحلة الثانویة بمحلیة القضارف. 2. معظم أف ا رد العینة وافقوا بنسبة عالیة جدا على أن من أهم الصفات الشخصیة للمعلم القدوة التي لها تأثیر واضح على النواحي التحصیلیة والسلوكیة لطلاب المرحلة الثانویة بمحلیة القضارف :( التواضع وقوة الشخصیة والعدل وعفة اللسان والذكاء والروح المرحة وضبط النفس والتدین وحسن المظهر). 3. معظم أف ا رد العینة وافقوا بنسبة عالیة جدا على أن من أهم الصفات (العلمیة) للمعلم القدوة التي لها تأثیر واضح على النواحي التحصیلیة والسلوكیة لطلاب المرحلة الثانویة بمحلیة القضارف ( التمكن من مادة التخصص- النظام والتنظیم- الاقتناع بمهنة التعلیم كمهنة لها أصولها – الإدارة الجیدة للصف- إحت ا رم لوائح المدرسة ). 4. معظم أف ا رد العینة وافقوا بنسبة عالیه جدا على أن من أهم الصفات (المهنیة) للمعلم القدوة التي لها تأثیر واضح على النواحي التحصلیة والسلوكیة لطلاب المرحلة الثانویة بمحلیة القضارف: (تقدیم المعلومات للدارسین بطریقة سهلة- إستخدام لغة واضحة أثناء الدرس- المعرفة الواسعة بأصول التربیة وعلم النفس - تنویع الوسائل التعلیمیة- المحافظة على سریة الامتحانات- الاعت ا زز بمهنة التعلیم) . 5. من المشكلات التي تعیق وجود المعلم القدوة ( التدریب والتأهیل والظروف الاقتصادیة والاجتماعیة) . ومن أهم التوصیات : *وضع حلول ناجعة للمعوقات والإشكالات التي تعیق وجود المعلم القدوة وأهمها المشاكل الاقتصادیة والاجتماعیة والتدریب والتأهیل . Abstract This study investigates the personal, scientific and professional qualities of the secondary school teacher as a model, and the role of the emblematic teacher in improving the attainment and behavioral aspects of the students from the viewpoint of educational experts and students in the locality of Gadaref. The researcher chose the (descriptive analytical method) to conduct this study. The questionnaire and interview were used as data gathering tools. The study covered Gadaref locality in Gadaref State in eastern Sudan, and included students in the third grade of governmental geographic high school and secondary typical schools for boys and girls in the locality of Gadaref. The total study sample (who responded to the questionnaire) is (204) students and the number of the sample of educational experts and mentors is (40). The most important findings of the study are: The study sample agreed unanimously on scopes of qualities (personal, scientific and .1 professional) which should be available in the emblematic teacher, and affect the attainment and behavioral aspects of secondary school students in the locality of Gedaref. Most respondents agreed- at a very high rate- that the most important personal qualities of the .2 model teacher which have a clear impact on the aspects of achievement and behavior of the secondary students in the locality of Gedaref are: (humility - strength of character - Justice – chastity of tongue – Intelligence- humor - restraint - religiosity - good-looking) Most respondents agreed- at a very high rate- that the most important scientific qualities of the .3 model teacher that have a clear impact on attainment and behavioral aspects for secondary students in locality of Gedaref are: (mastery of specialty subject - neatness and organization - conviction of teaching profession as a profession that has principles - good classroom management - respect for the regulations of the school). Most respondents agreed- at a very high degree- that the most important professional qualities .4 of the teacher as a model which have a clear impact on attainment and behavioral aspects for the secondary students in the locality of Gadaref are: (providing information to students in an easy way - use of clear language during the lesson - extensive knowledge of principles of Education and Psychology - diversifying teaching aids - maintaining the confidentiality of exams - pride of the profession of teaching). The problems that hinder the presence of the teacher as an emblem are: (training, teacher .5 preparation and social and economic conditions). The main recommendations are: Developing effective solutions to the obstacles and problems that hinder the presence of the .1 teacher as a prototype, the most important of which are the economic and social problems, training and teacher preparation. Adopting an integrated approach to the training of teachers at the secondary level by the .2 application of scientific and professional aspects that result in the model teacher. Focusing in choosing to join faculties of education should be on characters who have the basic .3 characteristics of emblematic personality in terms of appearance, morality and behavior. Conducting scientific research on (education by modelling) as a scientific method applied in .4 colleges of education.
