دراسة حالة المكتبة الإلكترونية بجامعة النيلين

هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على مصادر المعلومات الالكترونية وكيفيَّة تنظيمها و إتاحتها وذلك بالتركيز على المكتبة الإلكترونية بجامعة النيلين.

استخدمت الباحثة عدد من المناهج العلمية التي تمثلت في : المنهج المسحي، المنهج التاريخي, منهج دراسة الحالة, بينما اعتمدت على أداتي : المقابلة والملاحظة لجمع البيانات.

لتنظيم الدراسة كانت على النحو التالي : الإطار العام للدراسة تم استعراض مشكلة الدراسة وأهدافها وأهميتها والفروض وعينة الدراسة وحدود ومنهج الدراسة والدراسات السابقة , وفي الإطار النظري تناولت الباحثة تعريف مصادر المعلومات بالتركيز علي مصادر المعلومات الإلكترونية بمختلف أشكالها وأنواعها, و مراحل التطور, و دراسة طرق الاختيار والتقسيمات, إضافة للتنظيم والإتاحة, وأخيراً خاتمة اشتملت على النتائج والتوصيات وزُيل البحث بقائمة المصادر والمراجع والملاحق .

خلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج من أهمها إن التنظيم الجيد والوصف لمصادر المعلومات الإلكترونية يساعد على سهولة الوصول من قبل المستفيدين, حيث إن المكتبة المدروسة تستخدم طريقة التصنيف الموضوعي والجغرافي لمصادر المعلومات الإلكترونية في قاعدة البيانات المحلية بالمكتبة لتتم إتاحتها عن طريق الإتاحة المباشرة والمحلية وعن طريق شبكة المعلومات عبر موقع الجامعة.

أوصت الدراسة بمتابعة المُستجدَّات في القواعد والمعايير التي تهتم بمصادر المعلومات الإلكترونية اختيارًا وتنظيمًا وإتاحةً, أما المصادر المتاحة على الإنترنت فان عملية تنظيمها يجب أن يقوم بها اختصاصي المكتبات بدلاً من مصممي صفحات الويب لأنها تتطلب تجهيز لواصفات ومحركات بحث قائمة على البيانات الببلوجرافية, كما أوصت بضرورة دعم الدراسات الأكاديمية حول تنظيم مصادر المعلومات الإلكترونية وتنظيم مصادر الإنترنت في أقسام المكتبات في الجامعات للنهوض بهذه القضايا وإيجاد الحلول المناسبة لها, كما أوصت الباحثة القائمين على إدارة مكتبة جامعة النيلين بتخصيص ميزانية مناسبة لتوفير مصادر المعلومات الإلكترونية لأهميتها ودورها في البحث العلمي.

The title : Arranging and accessibility to electronic information resources

Case study : Electronics library at Elneelain University

The study aimed to identify electronic information resources and studying the different categories, types, and divisions of these resources as well as the problems of its selection and acquisition in the libraries and information centers, the study also coved the processing, and organization, and goes further to discuss the accessibility referring to the electronic library at Elneeilain University.

The researcher used a number of scientific methods had been: survey method, historical, descriptive, while based on two tools: the interview and observation to collect data.

For the organization of the study were as follows: the general framework of the study was reviewed study problem, objectives, assumptions and the study sample and the limits and the methodology of the study and previous studies, addressed the researcher identify the sources of information and sources of electronic information in various forms and types, and stages of development, and examine ways of selection and divisions, in addition to organizing and making available , then the field study to compare the reality by example, and finally the conclusion included findings and recommendations on the list of sources references and appendices.

The most important results of this study is that : the good arrangement and description of the sources of electronic information helps to ease regulation of access by the users, as the library studied using the classification of substantive and geographical sources of electronic information in the local database library to be made available through the availability of direct and local inside a building e-library and access through a network of information across the university.

The study recommended follow-up development in the rules and standards concerned with sources of electronic information selected, organized and made available, and the sources available on the Internet, the regulatory process must be carried out by specialist libraries instead of the designers of Web pages because they require processing of descriptors and search engines are based on data Bibliographic, as recommended by the need to support academic studies on the issue of regulation of electronic information sources and the organization of Internet resources in the library departments of the universities for the advancement of these issues and find appropriate solutions.
