الآثار الاجتماعية والاقتصادية لسياسة التحرير الاقتصادي على الأسرة دراسة تحليلية وصفية على محلية جبل أولياء – حي النصر

Abstract

المستخلص تناولت الدراسة الأثار الاجتماعية والاقتصادية لسياسة التحرير الاقتصادي علي الأسرة ، حيث تمثلت مكشلة الدراسة في مقدار الأعباء المترتبة على تطبيق سياسة التحرير الاقتصادي على الأسرة في السودان وذلك من خلال تطبيق عدد من الآليات تتمثل في الاثار المترتبة علي الأسرة ، وتناولت الدراسة عدة تساؤلات منها؛ هل هنالك علاقة بين الآثار الاجتماعية والاقتصادية وسياسات التحرير الاقتصادي، كيف أثرت سياسة التحرير الاقتصادي على الأسرة ، هل هنالك علاقة بين السياسات التحرير الاقتصادي والأسرة. وتكمن أهمية الدراسة في أن موضوعها يكون اهتمام جميع المؤسسات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية العامة الخاصة على السواء وبما أن الآثار الاجتماعية والاقتصادية لسياسة التحرير الاقتصادي في الأسرة لا تتم بالصورة المنشودة بدون توافر قاعدة من معلومات سياسة التحرير الاقتصادي بشكل عام ومن معلومات الأسرة بشكل خاص تفي بالإحتياجات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية لذا فإن عملية الربط بين تلك المتغيرات أمر حتمي ومن هنا تبرز أهمية البحث العلمية، وهدفت الدراسة إلي رصد نتائج سياسات التحرير الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية المتربة على الأسرة ، معرفة الآثار الاجتماعية والاقتصادية الناجمة من سياسة التحرير الاقتصادي في عملية بناء الأسرة، معرفة ما هو آثر سياسة التحرير الاقتصادي على الأسرة ، وإتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي من خلال وصف سياسة التحرير الإقتصادي علي الأسرة ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة إن الخدمات الصحية أثرت على سياسية التحرير الاقتصادي تأثيراً مباشراً بلغت نسبته 81.7%، يؤدي التوظيف وتسريح العاملين في المؤسسات والشركات إلي التقليل من نسبة البطالة والفقر حيث بلغت نسبتها 81.7%، يرجع هروب الشباب من المسئولية والزواج إلي غلاء المهور وإرتفاع تكاليف الزواج بنسبة بلغت 61.7%، وتوصي الدراسة دعم وتفعيل الصناديق الاجتماعية مثل ديوان الزكاة والضمان الاجتماعي لكي تلعب دوراً بارزاً في دعم الشرائح الضعيفة، تطوير الأرياف بالخدمات المتكاملة حتي لا تكون هنالك هجرة للعاصمة، دعم الأطفال إجتماعياً ومادياً وتحسين البيئة الاقتصادية الأسرية حتي لا يقوم الأطفال بترك مدارسهم.
