The study concentrate on discussing the problems of local societies development and the impact of these problems on these societies. The study aims to study these problems which obstacle the development on these societies. The study used descriptive and analytical methodology to describe the target area and to analysis the data so as find out the current situation on that societies. The study also used historical methodology to observe how the source of collecting data such as primary secondary data, that include questionnaire interview, books and previous studies. The study concluded that:- The study also explain that the weakness of the Commuting participation due to conflict and completion of living standards problems which face the Local Economies specially the one that concerning Economical activities. Also there are some problems that encounter the individual of the local societies in Wad Hossona, concerning education and health services and also the problems of water shortage. The study recommended the following:- The necessity of developing the health and education services and should be available for sake of the rural people and the right used the available resources and it should be participated in the development and aware them the importance of the development.
