التحديات الإجتماعية والإقتصادية للتنمية الريفية واَفاق الإستثمار الزراعي بولاية نهر النيل دراسة تطبيقية: (مشروعي الكمير طيبة وكراون

Abstract

المستلخص أجريت الدراسة بولاية نهر النيل بالتطبيق علي مشروعي (الكمير طيبة، كراون)، في الفترة من 2017- 2019م، تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في ضعف قدرة المجتمعات الريفية في إستغلال موارد المشاريع الزراعية ورفع الطاقة الإنتاجية. هدفت الدراسة للتعرف علي موارد المشروع الطبيعية والبشرية وكيفية إستغلالها الإستغلال الأمثل، وتوضيح فرص الإستثمار الزراعي المحلي والأجنبي وإمكانية تطويره، الوقوف علي مستوي المشاركة المجتمعية في التنمية. أفترضت الدراسة أن عدم إتباع نظم الإشارد الزراعي وسوء إستخدام التقانة أدي إلي ضعف الإنتاج والإضرار بالإنسان والبيئة، وتنظيم المجتمعات وتكوين الجمعيات الزراعية قد يسهل عملية التمويل ويوفير مدخلات الإنتاج. أتبعت الدراسة منهج المسح الإجتماعي ودراسة الحالة، إستخدمت الدراسة العينة العشوائية البسيطة وفق معادلة ريتشارد جيجر، والإستبيان لجمع المعلومات حيث بلغ حجم المجتمع 4445 ونسبة العينة 354. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ضعف خدمات الإرشاد زراعي المقدمة للمزارعين حيث أن 68% من المزارعين لم يتلقوا خدمات إرشادية، 79% من المزارعين يوافقون بشدة أن سوء إستخدام المبيدات يؤدي إلي حدوث إصابات في وسط المزارعين ويضر بالحيوان والبيئة، 83% من المزارعين غير منضمين لجمعيات زراعية مسجلة، هنالك مشاركة فاعلة للمواطنين في تنمية مجتمعاتهم وذلك عن طريق المساهمات المادية، ليس هنالك تنسيق بين مؤسسات الإستثمار المتخصصة والمجتمع المحلي، خرجت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات منها: تفعيل دور الإرشاد الزراعي ميدانياً وربط المزارع بمكاتب الإرشاد الزراعي والبحوث الزراعية بشندي، رفع الكفاءة الإنتاجية للمشروع من خلال تحسين نوعية المنتجات الزراعية وإدخال محاصيل نقدية جديدة، ضرورة إقناع المجتمع المحلي بأهمية الإستثمار الأجنبي وزيادة حجم الإستثمارات المحلية.

Abstract The study was conducted on Kimair Tayba and Crown Projects in the River Nile State in the period 2017—2019. The problem of the study is the weakness of the rural communities in exploiting the project’s agricultural resources and in raising productivity. The study aimed at: Identifying the natural and human resources of the project and how to exploit them. Illustrating and developing the chances of local and foreign investment. Checking the communal participation in rural development. The study hypothesized that: Over noticing the agricultural guidance system and the abuse of technology lead to poor production and harm man and environment. Community arrangement, along with establishing agricultural societies facilitate financing and production inputs. The study adopted the social survey, the case-study and the comparative methods. In data collection, the study followed the simple random sample of Richard Giger Equation and questionnaire. The study population is 4445, and the sample percentage is 354. The results of the study are: the agricultural guidance among farmers is limited that 68% have not received this service. 79% among farmers strongly agreed that the misuse of insecticides harmed farmers, animals and the environment. 83% of farmers have no member ship of a registered agricultural societyies. People have active financial contribution to develop their communities There is no coordination between the specialized investment institutions and the local community. The study recommends the following; Agricultural guidance in Shendi should be activated and have field link with the farmers. Raising projects productivity and introducing new crops. The local community should have full belief in foreign investment and in enlargement of local investments.
