العلاقات الإنسانية في الإدارة المدرسية ودورها في التطوير المهني لمعلم المرحلة الثانوية بالسُّودان (تطبيقاً على محليات أمدرمان– ولاية الخرطوم)

Abstract

المستخلص هدفالبحث إلى التعرف على واقع العلاقات الإنسانية في المدارس الثانويةمن خلال التعرف على دور العلاقات الإنسانية في التطوير المهني للمعلم ودورها في تفعيل العلاقات الإنسانية. تم تحديد عينة مجتمع الدراسة من الإداريين والمعلمين بمحلية أم درمان ، بلغ عددهم (50) ، وُزعت عليهم الاستبانة وتم جمع عدد (40) استبانة. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، كما قام باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لتحليل البيانات. توصل الباحث إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها: 1. ان احترام شخصية العاملين يسهمفى دفع العلاقات الانسانية فى المدارس الثانوية. 2. ان اعطاء الحق فى التعبير عن الراى يقوى من العلاقات الانسانية بالمدارس الثانوية. 3. ان المشاركة فى خدمة المجتمع تؤثر ايجاباً على العلاقات الانسانية بالمدارس الثانوية. 4. ان مدير المدرسة يمتلك القدرة على تحقيق وظائف الادارة المدرسية ومن أهم التوصيات : (1) ضرورة تقوية العلاقات الانسانية فى المدارس الثانوية عن طريق إعطاء الحق في التعبير عن الرأي . (2) ضرورة توطيد العلاقات الانسانية بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس عن طريق تفعيل الأنشطة الاجتماعية. (3) ضرورة تحقيق وظائف الادارة المدرسيةبواسطة مدير المدرسة. (4) ضرورة تحليل الواقع التربوي والمدرسي وفق الأسس العلمية. Abstract

The research aims to identify the reality of human relationships in secondary schools by identifying the role of human relations in the professional development of teachers and their role in the activation of human relations. The study sample was determined community of administrators, teachers locality Omdurman, numbered (50), have been distributed the questionnaire were collected number (40) questionnaire. The researcher used the descriptive and analytical questionnaire as a tool to collect data, and using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program to analyze the data. The researcher found a number of results, including: 1. Respect for personal workers contribute in pushing human relationships in secondary schools. 2. Giving the right to freedom of expression strengthens human relationships in secondary schools. 3. Participation in community service positively affect the human relationships in secondary schools. 4. The school principal has the ability to achieve the functions of school administration One of the main recommendations: (1) the need to strengthen human relationships in high school by giving the right to express their opinion. (2) the need to consolidate human relationships between faculty members through the activation of social activities. (3) the need to achieve the functions of school administration by the school principal. (4) the need to actually educational and school analysis in accordance with the scientific foundations.
