Abstract

لمستخلص

تعتبر أسواق رأس المال من الأسواق المهمة في الاقتصاد الحديث حيث تعتبر من الأدوات المهمة في توظيف رأس المال ، وكذلك تعتبر من أهم أدوات السياسة النقدية.

أصبحت أسواق رأس المال بصفة عامة أداة فعالة للتمويل المباشر للاستثمارات ولمشاريع التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية العامة والخاصة ، وذلك من خلال الدور الإستراتيجي الذي تقوم به عبر تحريك وجذب الادخار الحر من المدخرين المحليين والأجانب نحو الرأسماليين من الأشخاص المعنويين التي تدعو للاكتتاب العام في مستنداتها وأصولها المالية ، وتتمثل أهم أهداف هذا البحث تحديد الإطار النظري للسوق المالية ، وبالأخص سوق رأس المال من خلال ماهيته، تنظيمه ، وظائفه وتحديد معني التمويل والاستثمار والربط بينهما من خلال آلية عمل السوق الأولي. وإلقاء الضوء علي سوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية ودوره في تمويل الاستثمار في الفترة من 2010م-2014م .

وقد أظهرت النتائج أن سوق رأس المال احد القنوات الهامة في الاقتصاد لإحداث التوازن وتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية من خلال تجسيد المشاريع الحقيقية بتوفير التمويل اللازم لها ، وأن السوق الأولية مازالت تعاني من الضعف في تحقيق وظائفها من بينها تمويل الاستثمار .

aspect in the modern economy .they are important

. for their employment of capital

They are also considered as an important tool of

significant monetary policy, because of their role in

the impact of liquidity likewise, they have a major

. role in affecting investment

Financial markets becoming a more efficient means

of providing the necessary finance for investment

and for economic and social development projects in

both private and official sectors . this happens

through the strategic role that these financial

markets play in mobilizing and drawing domestic

and foreign savings towards different demands for

capitals made by moral individuals who put their

stocks and other kinds of securities into initial public

offering .this research,s principal objects are to

define the theoretical frame of the financial

markets , specifically the capital market, its

definition, regulation and functions .Another object

investment and finance, and the link between

them . Through work mechanism of the primary

market. Also to shed the light market Khartoum

stock Exchange during the period 2010-

2014.Delegation results showed that the capital

market is one of the important channels in the

economy to bring about balance and achieve

development through the embodiment of the real

projects to provide funding .and that the primary

market continues to suffer from weakness in the

. achievement of its functions, including finance
