تصوُّر مُقترح لتطوير الإشراف التربوي الإلكتروني لمرحلة التعليم الأساسي بمحلية الخرطوم

Abstract

المستخلص هدفت الدراسة لوضع تصور مقترح لتطوير الإشراف الإلكتروني لمرحلة التعليم الأساسي بمحلية الخرطوم، وذلك من خلال التعرف على واقع تطبيق الإشراف التربوي الإلكتروني بين المشرفين التربويين بمحلية الخرطوم، والتعرف على معيقات تطبيق نموذج الإشراف الإلكتروني فيما يتعلق بالبنية التحتية بمحلية الخرطوم وفيما يتعلق بالمشرفين التربويين بمحلية الخرطوم. تكوَّن مجتمع الدراسة من بعض المشرفين والمعلمين بمحليات الخرطوم، وقد بلغ حجم مجتمع الدراسة (40) معلم ومعلمة وهم من العاملين في الإشراف التربوي بولاية الخرطوم ، ولجمع البيانات تم استخدام أسلوب الحصر الشامل وقد تم توزيع الاستبانات على عينة عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للوصول إلى تصور كامل عن البرنامج المقترح للإشراف التربوي الإلكتروني ، أما أداة الدراسة فباستقراء الأدب التربوي والدراسات السابقة ذات العلاقة بموضوع الدراسة، تم بناء استبانة تكونت من(3) محاور، وقد تضمنت هذه المحاور(21) عبارة. توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج عدة أهمها التأكيد على اقتراح مسارات عملية لتطبيق الإشراف التربوي الإلكتروني نهوضاً بالعملية الإشرافية بغية تحقيق أهدافها. وضرورة تطوير أداء كل من الطالب /المعلم، والمعلم المتعاون، والمشرف التربوي. وضرورة التأكيد على اقتراح منظومة من الأداءات والإجراءات الإدارية للنهوض بالعملية الإشرافية، والتقليل من الهدر فيها. كما أوصت الدراسة بوضع مهارات أساسيات الحاسب الآلي وتطبيقاته التعليمية ضمن الكفايات الرئيسة المطلوبة عند تعيين المشرف التربوي والعمل على تكثيف البرامج التدريبية في مجال الحاسب الآلي كتقنية لتأهيل المشرفين التربويين والعمل على إعادة صياغة الخطة الدراسية، بما يتناسب مع مبادئ الإشراف التربوي الإلكتروني.

Abstract The study aimed to develop a proposed vision for the development of electronic supervision for the basic education stage in Khartoum locality, by identifying the reality of the application of electronic educational supervision among educational supervisors in Khartoum locality, and identifying the obstacles to applying the electronic supervision model in relation to the infrastructure in Khartoum locality and with regard to educational supervisors in Khartoum locality. The study population consisted of some supervisors and teachers in the localities of Khartoum. The size of the study population was (40) male and female teachers who are working in educational supervision in the state of Khartoum. To collect data, the comprehensive inventory method was used, and questionnaires were distributed to a random sample of the study population. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach to reach a complete vision of the proposed program for electronic educational supervision. As for the study tool, it is an extrapolation of educational literature and previous studies related to the subject of the study. A questionnaire was built consisting of (3) axes, and these axes included (21) phrases. The study reached many results, the most important of which is the emphasis on proposing practical paths for applying electronic educational supervision to advance the supervisory process in order to achieve its objectives. And the need to develop the performance of each of the student / teacher, the cooperating teacher, and the educational supervisor. And the necessity of emphasizing on proposing a system of administrative performances and procedures to advance the supervisory process and reduce waste in it. The study also recommended placing the skills of computer basics and its educational applications within the main competencies required when appointing an educational supervisor and working to intensify training programs in the field of computer as a technique to qualify educational supervisors and work on reformulating the study plan, in line with the principles of electronic educational supervision.
