Abstract

Abstract This study addressed the issue of women's work in the Sudanese community in order to know the social impact on the family in terms of coherence and duties of the researcher has followed the descriptive approach by describing the phenomenon under study and the analytical method the study on the fundamental questions are: Can women go to work affects the family cohesion, how it aflccts the work of women's relationship with her husband, in addition to how it affects women work on the economical situation of the family what is the effect, as well as women's work on socialization. The study was based on a sample vehicle and the cluster of about ° ~ local women of Omdurman and the researcher used the tool in several data collection was in the questionnaire and interview, the study found several results of the most important. l) That women's work the weakest relationship with her children and extended family. Y) The cause of women’s work is to improve the financial conditions and to meet the needs of the family. T) that the work of women are weaker than the social development of its children and a low level of education. 2) the work of women has increased from the acquisition of new social relations increased in the cultures of social and management skills.The study recommends the following: - I \) The need to create the environment for the work suitable for women. \') The need for ongoing training for working women, taking into account family circumstances. l") The need to provide kindergarten children in any work site for women. i) The importance of increasing the salaries and wages for working women face up to life's problems.
