يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على فاعلية برنامج إرشادي لتخفيف السلوك العدواني لدى أطفال دور التربية والإصلاح، ولتحقيق ذلك أستخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي، مستخدماً مقياس السلوك العدواني لأطفال دور التربية والإصلاح من تصميم الباحث، بعد التأكد من خصائصه السيكومترية كأداة لجمع البيانات من عينة بلغت (80) طفل تم اختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية، مقسمين مناصفة إلى مجموعتين تجريبية وضابطه بمعدل 40 طفل لكل مجموعه، وبعد جمع البيانات تم تحليلها بواسطة برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية المعروفة اختصاراً بـ (SPSS) مستخدماً كلا من اختبار ت لعينتين مستقلتين واختبار ت لعينتين مقترنتين واختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي ليتحصل على النتائج التالية : وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة السلوك العدواني لدى أطفال دور التربية والإصلاح في القياس البعدي بين المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، كما انه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة السلوك العدواني لدى أطفال دور التربية والإصلاح للمجموعة التجريبية في القياس البعدي في ظل متغير النوع والعمر والموطن الأصلي، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة السلوك العدواني لدى أطفال دور التربية والإصلاح للمجموعة التجريبية بين القياسين البعدي والتتابعي، كما تمت مناقشة النتائج في ضوء الإطار النظري والبحوث السابقة، وقد قدم الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات البحثية، وكانت من أهم التوصيات: ضرورة التركيز والاهتمام بالجوانب الانفعالية لكل الأطفال بدور التربية والإصلاح، ومن أهم المقترحات التي قدمت: إجراء المزيد من الدراسات والبحوث التي تستهدف موضوع السلوك العدواني لدى أطفال دور التربية والإصلاح.

Abstract

The research aims to identify the effectiveness of counseling program to reduce aggressive behavior among children`s houses education and reform, and to achieve this researcher used the experimental approach by designing two groups (experimental group and a control group), and measured before and after both of two groups through building a measure of aggressive behavior in children`s houses education and reform to be used after the assuring of the standard properties as a tool to collect data from a total sample strength (80) child divided into two groups of 40 children per experimental group and the third control. After collecting the data have been analyzed by some appropriate statistical analysis methods of statistical packages for Social Sciences, (SPSS) and signal to the most important results: There are statistically differences in the degree of aggressive behavior of children`s houses education and reform in the dimensional measurement between the experimental and control groups for the experimental group differences, as there are no statistically significant differences in aggressive behavior among children`s houses education and reform differences (experimental group) under the variable follow-up period between the measurement posttest and sequential which demonstrates the effectiveness of the counseling program in alleviating the aggressive behavior of children`s houses education and reform. Which demonstrates the effectiveness of the counseling program in reducing aggressive behavior among children`s Houses Education reform, as the results were discussed in the light of the theoretical framework and previous research, the researcher has submitted a set of recommendations and research proposals that enrich the area of current research and the expansion of its issues.
