استخدام تنقيب البيانات في دراسة بعض الظواهر الاجتماعية في الاسر الفقيرة بالتطبيق علي(ديوان الزكاة ولاية نهر النيل)

Abstract

المستخلص تنقيب البيانات هي عبارة عن تحليلات كمية كبيرة من البيانات بغرض ايجاد قواعد وامثله ونماذج. كما تركز تقنيات التنقيب علي بناء التنبؤات المستقبلية واستكشاف والاتجاهات مما يسمح باتخاذ القرارات الصحيحه واتخاذها في الوقت المناسب. تفشي نسبة الجرائم بين الاسر الفقيرة والتنبؤ بذلك مستقبلا و التنبؤ بنسبه الحاله الاجتماعية ضمن الفقراء. في هذا البحث استخدام الباحث خوارزمية التصنيف j48 لتوليد شجرة القرار عن طريق برمجيه weka لتنفيذ الخوارزمية علي بيانات الفقراء من ديوان الزكاة ولاية نهر النيل في الفترة 2013-2017 م واظهرت النتائج عن طريق تطبيق خوارزميةj48 حيث بلغت نسبه التنبؤ الحاله الاجتماعية68.4% و بلغت نسبه التنبؤ الادانة في جرائم قانونيه 88.9% وبلغ عدد المدانين 3451 فرد واستغرق تنفيذ هذه العملية 0.06 وكان معدل الخطأ في النموذج =0.11 مما يستدعي إعادة النظر في عملية التصنيف لفئات الفقر الذي تتبعه الامانة لديوان الزكاة ، حيث يتم تحديد نسبه عالية من مخصصات الزكاة للغارمين علماً بان عدد الافراد المدانين في جرائم قانونية ليس كبيراً مقارنة مع باقي الفئات من العدد الكلي 17277 فرداً.

Abstract Data mining is a large amount of data analysis for the purpose of finding rules, examples and models. Prospecting techniques also focus on building future predictions, exploration and trends, allowing for the right decisions to be made and taken in a timely manner. The prevalence of crimes among poor families, predicting them in the future and predicting the social status of the poor. In this research, the researcher used the j48 classification algorithm to generate the decision tree by means of the weka algorithm to implement the algorithm on poor data from the Zakat Bureau of Nile River State in the period 2013-2017. The results were shown by applying the j48 algorithm where the ratio of the social status prediction reached 68.4% The rate of error in the model is 0.11, which necessitates a review of the classification process for the poverty categories of the Zakat Department. Number of individuals Moan in legal crimes is not large compared with other categories of the total number 17277 individuals.
