المشكلات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية التي تواجه المعاقين حركياً وتصور مقترح للعلاج من منظور الخدمة الاجتماعية (مدينة العملاق للمعاقين حركياً)

Abstract

المستخلص هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على المشكلات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية التي تواجه المعاقين حركياً تصور مقترح للعلاج من منظور الخدمة الاجتماعية ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قامت الباحثة باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالإضافة الى استخدام عدة أدوات لجمع البيانات متمثلة في أداتي الاستبيان والمقابلة، وتمت معالجة بيانات الدراسة عن طريق برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية في العلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) وتوصلت الدراسة الى عدة نتائج أهمها: ان للمعاقين حركيا مشاكل اجتماعيه تتمثل في عدم قدره المعاق حركيا على التكيف الاجتماعي والنظرة السلبية للمعاق بالإضافة للمشاكل الأسرية، وان الإعاقة الحركية تؤثر على عمل المعاق وذلك بعدم تكيف جوانب العمل مع قدرته وعدم تقبل ارباب العمل بقدرته وانخفاض الدخل، وان الإعاقة اثرت على ادوار المعاق حركياً الاجتماعية، ومن ضوء النتائج توصل البحث الى العديد من التوصيات من أهمها: البحث في اليات تطبيق القوانين والتشريعات الخاصة بالمعاقين على ارض الواقع، وضرورة متابعه توظيف المعاقين كون هي تمثل أحد مرتكزات علاج مشكلاتهم الاقتصادية لتمكنهم من العيش بكرامة، والاهتمام بالعوامل النفسية والمعاونة على التوافق الاجتماعي، وضرورة تعيين اخصائيين اجتماعيين في مراكز المعاقين حركياً.

Abstract The study aimed to identify the social and economic problems facing the physically disabled, a proposed conception of treatment from the perspective of social service, and to achieve this goal, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, in addition to using several data collection tools represented in the questionnaire and interview tools, and the data of the study were processed through the statistical package program in Social Sciences (SPSS) The study reached several results, the most important of which are: that the physically handicapped have social problems represented in the inability of the handicapped to adapt socially and the negative view of the handicapped in addition to family problems, and that the movement handicap affects the work of the handicapped by not adapting the work aspects to his ability and the lack of acceptance by employers Working with his ability and low income, and that the disability affected the social roles of the physically handicapped, and in the light of the results, the research reached many recommendations, the most important of which are: research in the mechanisms of applying laws and legislation for the disabled on the ground, and the need to follow up the employment of the disabled, as it represents one of the pillars of treatment of their economic problems To enable them to live in dignity, paying attention to psychological factors and helping to social harmony, And the need to appoint social workers in centers for the physically disabled.
