تصميم تطبيق علي الانترنت لادارة عمليات سحب القرعة في الإسكان الشعبي

Abstract

المستخلص ان التطور العلمي الذي يشهده العالم الحديث في الصناعات التكنولوجية والتي أخذت طابع الابتكار وسهولة التعامل، أثر بشكل ملحوظ على مختلف مجالات الحياة ، مما دفع العديد من المؤسسات للاهتمام بالتكنولوجيا ومحاولة مواكبة ما يستجد فيها من تطورات تقنية لضمان اقتناءها والاستفادة منها، ومنها صندوق الاسكان والتعمير حيث اننا في هذا البحث سعينا الي ادخال تقنية المعلومات الي عمل الصندوق من خلال القرعة الالكترونية للاسكان وذالك عن طريق اجراء القرعة عبر موقع الكتروني ومن ثم التقديم في حالة نجاح المستفيد في القرعة ويكون التقديم بعد القرعة بطلب معلومات معينة عن الشخص المستفيد وهذا بغرض اتخاذ قرارات سليمة والاستفادة القصوي من تكنولوجيا المعلومات. وتمثلت مشكلة البحث في صعوبة تلبية الطلب المتزايد على السكن الشعبي والاقبال المتزايد من قبل الهيئات النقابية للمؤسسات على السكن الشعبي يشكل ضغطا متزايدا بالاضافة الي عدم عدم ضمان التوزيع العادل لفرص الفوز بالقرعة على كل المواطنين . وهدف البحث الي تصميم نظام يسهل متابعة طلبات السحب على القروض والمنح الخاصة بالمشروعات التي تنفذها وزارة المالية بالتعاون مع الوحدات الحكومية ذات الصلة وقد توصلنا الي تصميم موقع الكتروني واستخدمنا لغة asp.net لتصميم الصفحات و sql server لتصميم قواعد البيانات.

Abstract The Scientific development witnessed by the modern world in the technological industries, which took the nature of innovation and ease of dealing has a significant impact on various areas of life, which led many institutions to take care of technology and try to keep up with development in order to ensure their acquisition and benefit from them. Including the housing and development fund. In this research, we sought to introduce information technology into the work of the fund through the electronic lottery for housing by drawing lots through a website and then submitting in case the beneficiary succeed in the lottery the application shall be submitted after the lottery by requesting specific information about the beneficiary, for the purpose of making right decisions and making the most of information technology.
