قياس التضخم على معدل البطالـة في السودان (في الفترة من 2007-2016م)

Abstract

المستخلص تعتبر البطالة من الآثار التي ظهرت نتيجة لتطبيق سياسات الإصلاح والتكيف الهيكلي والخصخصة التي أدت إلى تسريح الآلاف من العاملين إلى الصالح العالم, البطالة في السودان في تنامي كبير, فهي أعلى من المتوسط العالمي (13.2) والعربي(15) حيث أكدت نتائج مسح قوة العمل 2011م أن معدل البطالة في السودان يقدر بحوالي (18.5) أما بطالة الشباب (25 سنة فأكثر) تقدر بحوالي (14.5) . وتتمثل مشكلة البحث في الإجابة على التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: إلى أي مدة معدلات التضخم على معدلات البطالة في السودان خلال الفترة 2007 – 2016م ؟ تأتي أهمية البحث من أهمية انه يتناول موضوع في غاية الأهمية وهو ازدياد معدلات البطالة في المجتمع السوداني، بالإضافة إلى دراسة متغير التضخم كأحد عناصر الاقتصاد في السودان. هدف البحث الى شرح مفهوم البطالة والتضخم، والتعرف على محددات البطالة والتضخم في السودان. افترض البحث عدة فرضيات منها: توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين معدلات البطالة والطلب الكلي في السودان. اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي لوصف الإطار النظري, والتحليلي الإحصائي عبر برنامج الـ SPSS لتحليل الإطار التطبيقي والمنهج التاريخي لتتبع الدراسات السابقة المتعلقة بموضوع البحث والمنهج الاستقرائي لصياغة مشكلة وفروض البحث. خرجت الدراسة بعدة نتائج منها: هنالك فروق بين متغيرات البحث حسب التأثير من سنة لأخرى، اثبت النموذج ثبات معدلات البطالة وعدم تأثرها بالمتغيرات الاقتصادية الأخرى. وعلى ضوء النتائج خرجت الدراسة بعدة توصيات منها: ضرورة توفير المزيد من الأنشطة التشغيلية للقضاء على معدلات البطالة، ضرورة وضع سياسات مالية واقتصادية تساهم في تخفيف معدلات التضخم وتوفير فرص عمل.

abstract Unemployment is one of the effects that have emerged as a result of implementing the policies of reform, structural adjustment and privatization that led to the layoffs of thousands of workers to the global good. unemployment in Sudan is in great development, it is higher than the global average (13.2) and the Arab (15), where the results of the 2011 labor force survey confirmed the unemployment rate in Sudan is estimated at (18.5), while youth unemployment (25 years and over) is estimated at (14.5). the research problem is to answer the following main question: how long is the rate of inflation on unemployment rates in Sudan during the period 2007-2016? the importance of the research comes from the importance that it deals with a very important topic, which is the increase in unemployment rates in Sudanese society, in addition to studying the inflation variable as one of the elements of the economy in Sudan. the research aimed to explain the concept of unemployment and inflation, and to identify the determinants of unemployment and inflation in Sudan. the research assumed several hypotheses, including: there is a statistically significant relationship between unemployment and total demand in Sudan. the research used the descriptive approach to describe the theoretical and analytical framework through the SPSS program to analyze the applied framework and the historical approach to track previous studies related to the topic of research and the inductive approach to formulating the problem and hypotheses of the research. The study came out with several results, including: there are differences between the research variables according to the impact from one year to the next. the model proved the stability of unemployment rates and was not affected by other economic variables. In light of the results, the study came out with several recommendations, including: the need to provide more operational activities to eliminate unemployment rates, the need to develop financial and economic policies that contribute to reducing inflation and providing job opportunities.
