Abstract
There is no doubt that the revolution in the field of education and
curriculum development has become a necessity and a concern for
those involved in the field of education and those interested in
teaching methods in all the various stage.
Technological revolution has contributed in the field of
learning and e-learning techniques. Contributed significantly to the
development of learning technology in the world, though limited in
the Arab world, it is still in its first steps of the Renaissance
technically in this area
In most of the techniques used in the field of learning
designers and programmers who are interested in this matter
aimed at normal student. And neglected student with a disability
(with special needs) with the knowledge that students with special
needs from a class at the age of learningin the Arab world are
increasing
Q People with special needs, representing 10% of the world
population, this proportion is rising in the Arab world to 12 percent
based on Statistics issued by the United Nations and the Arab
League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization. »
from the above came to the idea The purpose of this
study by making an application for Disabled students, targeting
category of deaf students of the Sudanese basic schools under
the name ( Book Statistics spokesman for the Deaf) addressing the
curriculum of Statistics for students in grade seventh and eighth
stage of the Sudanese basic schools
The selection of statistics which are part of the
mathematics for the difficulty faced by the average student at this
stage, not to mention the special needs student groups such as
the deaf and learning difficulties, therefore, the greater the need
for this modest application.
The language has been used is (Visual Basic) to design ,
and screens and windows are similar to book's pages in the
content, but above that in each page( window) there is a video
file contain a Professor reads book's pages in sign language.
Application features easily the show, and the beauty of
coloring and smoothly navigate through the pages, because there
are buttons to turn the next and previous pages. This facilitates
the repetition process to the disabled student, which helps to
absorb the lesson.Through this research we reach a range of findings and
recommendations, and the most important results are:-
The disabled should be given more caring and taking into
account the psychological aspect before technical one, and
not be seen as inferior human being because he is afflicted,
Researches must be continuous in the field of e—learning for
the categories of disability.
The use of mobile phones and laptop computers and
networks for the deployment of such applications.
State should supports financially and technically schools
and educational institutions to keep up with development
and increase Hits in the Arab world Generally, Sudan in
private.
