تصميم نظام لسجل الخريجين والطلاب بالتطبيق على كلية شرق النيل

Abstract

تمثل التقنيات الحديثة وما نبع جراء ثورة المعلومات الهائلة التي يعيشها عالمنا الحالي نبض الحياة ، وكما هو معلوم بان الحاسب الالي هو اهم تلك التقنيات التي ساعدت على انجاز الاعمال بسرعة و دقة فائقة و رحابة اكبر لذلك تم تصميم نظام سجل للخريجين بكلية شرق النيل . يهدف البحث الي تقليل الوقت والجهد والحفاظ علي سرية بيانات الطلاب ، والدقة والكفاءة في استرجاع بيانات الطلاب وتلافي الأخطاء اليدوية التى قد تحدث ، والاحتفاظ بالبيانات وسرعة الوصول اليها تحديثها . تمثلت مشكلة البحث في ان النظام الحالي المتبع في كلية شرق النيل تواجهه عدة معوقات في استخدام النظام تتمثل في عدم توفر الدقة و السرعة لإسترجاع البيانات المطلوبة ، فقدان الملفات أحيانا بواسطة التلف و التاكل أو الضياع ، مع الحاجة لحيز كبير للتخرين . يتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج العلمي التطبيقي . تم استخدام لغات البرمجة (PHP ، CSS ، HTML ) وقواعد البيانات MySQL لتصميم النظام. اهم النتائج التي توصل اليها البحث سهولة الحصول علي الشهادات التي يحتاجها الطالب بسهوله و يسر، و الحصول علي تفاصيل النتيجة باقل جهد و اقل تكلفة عن طريق استخدام موقع الويب ، كما يوفر النظام الحماية اللازمة لشهادات الطلاب و بياناتهم وبذلك تكون محصنة وغير معرضة للفقدان أو التلف و يساعد النظام في أرشفة و حفظ بيانات الطلاب التي تمتلكها الكلية. ومن اهم التوصيات التي خلصت إليها الدراسة ربط هذا النظام بموقع كلية شرق النيل لتوفير الوقت والجهد المبذول للحصول على الشهادات التي يحتاجها الطالب بسهوله ، استخدام تقنيات الوسائط المتعددة المتطورة للتواصل بين الكلية والطلاب من خلال عمل تطبيق موبايل يتم ربطه بالنظام ، مع وضع الحماية اللازمة للنظام وتوفير المتطلبات الأمنية الضرورية له.

The new technologies and what is the outcome of the huge information revolution experienced by our current world is the rhythm of life. As it is known that the computer is the most important of these technologies, which helped to accomplish the work with high speed, accuracy and greater spaciousness and high. The aim of research is to reduce the time and effort, maintain the confidentiality of student’s records, accuracy and efficiency in retrieving data, avoiding manual errors that may occur, easy access to any employee information, data retention with possibility to easily updating, Long and easy recovery of those data required with precision. The problem of the research is that the current framework in the Sharq El Niel College faced several obstacles in the use of the system which is difficult for exploitation, searching and reporting with low security and lack of accuracy and speed to recover the required data, in addition to damage, erosion or loss of the documents which need a large space for storage. Research follows the descriptive analytical method and the applied scientific method. Programming languages (PHP, CSS, HTML) and MySQL databases were used to design the system. The most important outcomes of the research are easy access to the certificates that the student needs simply, with easy to get the details of the result with the least effort and low cost through the use of the website. The system provides the necessary protection for the certificates and students records and thus is immune and not vulnerable to loss or damage and helps store and save student records and statistics owned by the College. One of the most important recommendations of the study is to connect this system to the site of the Sharq El Niel College to afford the time and effort to obtain the certificates that the student needs without difficulty, uses of advanced multimedia technologies as mobiles application linked to the system, necessary security requirements to ease communication between the college and stude
