نظام محوسب لإدارة المكتبات بالتطبيق على جامعة بخت الرضا

Abstract

المستخلص أصبحت تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات اساس عمل كل ادارة خاصة في المكتبات يجب علي كل مدير للمكتبة ان يكون ملم باحدث التكنولوجيا وكيفية ادخالها علي المكتبة ونظرا لذلك تم تصميم نظام مكتبة محوسبة للاستفادة من الخدمات التي تقدمها للتخلص من المشاكل التي تعاني منها المكتبة التقليدية من تقليل للوقت ،تقليل التكاليف ،التخلص من ضياع المصادر ولابد من تعين موظف مسئول عن النظام للحفاظ علي سرية النظام كما يمكن استخراج التقارير عن مصادر المعلومات المتمثلة في الكتب . يهدف هذا البحث الي تصميم نظام يجعل المكتبات تواكب التطورات في مجال التكنولوجيا، تصميم نظام محوسب الغرض منه ادارة المكتبات بحيث يمكن من إدارة المكتبات بصورة سهلة وسريعه ودقيقة حيث أن المستخدم يمكن إجراء عمليات البحث بيسر وذلك لتوافر المعلومات التي تختص بالكتب التي يحتاجها، يساعد أيضاً قي تخزين الكتب و تصنيفها في قواعد بيانات اّمنه،زيادة الموثوقية بالنسبة للمستخدمين في كل ما يخص الكتب من حيث المعلومات والعلوم التي تتضمنها تلك الكتب والمراجع التي توفر المعرفه للباحثين والطلاب ، إنشاء واجهة مستخدم قابلة للتفاعل مع المستخدم وسهلة الإستخدام بالنسبة له،كما يعمل علي تسهيل إستعراض الكتب وذلك بإعطاء نبذة تعريفيه عن كل كتاب متوافر في المكتبة . تتمثل نتائج البحث في إنخفاض الأخطاء بنسبة كبيرة وتفادي التكرار من خلال عملية التحقق عند إتمام أي إجراء وذلك بالرجوع لقاعدة البيانات،تخزين كمية هائلة من البيانات وتنظيمها بشكل واضح وعرضها بتنظيم مبسط في الشاشات ليسهيل الاطلاع عليها واداراتها ،االدقة في استخراج التقارير الوافية والدقيقة والمبنية علي معلومات منظمة ودقيقة،السرعة في الوصول للمعلومات وتقليل مشاكل التكرار والأخطاء الناتجة من المعالجة اليدوية، ضمان توفر المعلومات وحمايتها من التعديل غير المخول ،تحسن كبير في الأداء والادارة ومتابعة سير العمل في ادارة المكتبة، سهولة في إدارة بيانات المشتركين والمؤلفين ودور النشر والكتب والمعلومات المتعلقة بها، توفير قاعدة بيانات لحفظ سجلات الكتب مما تعمل علي تقليل الوقت والجهد في إدارة ومتابعة المكتبة مما يساعد علي تحقيق أفضل أداء.أما من حيث الادوات فانه تم استخدام لغة visual studio. . Abstract The information Technology and communication become basic all administration work even in libraries. The librarian should Know the modern technology and how to use it the library .so a computing library system is designed to get more benefit from the library services .This makes less time, little cost and also can keep references so as not to be lost .There should be an officer who is responsible for keeping the system secret and writing reports about the books. The system problems it presented difficult to search quickly because it's manual system which use note books .Also it may be lost and takes a lot of time and effort. This system aims to design a system which makes libraries use developed technology, computing system makes libraries management very easy, very accurate and very quick because the user can make the search very easy that because the information about the books is available in great amounts, it helps in storing books, classify them in a safe date base, The user is move trustful in all the science and information the gets form the books and the references , The user can make user interface which is easy to be used and display the books with a summary about each book in the library . The research result's it presented There will be few errors, There will be no repetition because the user can go back to database whenever he want easily, it's possible to store a huge amount of data arranging it clearly and display it simply on the screens to see it and manage it easily, accurate information, Reaching information will be very fast with no errors and no reputation. The library computing is designed with visual studio language. This makes it easy to establish the system because this language is one of the languages with open source and make an interface between the user and the system which is beautiful. The Recommendations include Thinking of methods which enable to fallow the proses which is made by library management under the electronic environment and technology, The librarians and the people who are responsible for libraries and the information centers should be aware of the importance benefits and advantages of using computing system this can be done by heading conference and depots which lead to taking care and developing computing libraries and information centers ,Developing the infrastructure of the libraries which include computing technics to take in the modern computing library and Encouraging designing system which enable the libraries management to manage and follow the work which lead to many designers for those systems so it can be available to different general libraries with cheap cost.
